Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Santa Fe

This was my first time here, and my experience with this store was great. My granddaughter wanted a lactose or dairy free ice cream, but the only problem was they only had chocolate. As we drove down the road, I noticed she hadn't eaten it much, so I asked what was wrong? She explained that it had a funny taste and that she didn't like it. My wife tried it, and she said it tasted like freezer burn. Not sure what the problem was, but my granddaughter didn't like the taste. Don’t ever order birthday cakes from this location. They are terrible at managing the orders, we’ve had them forget or “lose” two cake orders so far. It makes it tough on the special event because we plan to pick up the cakes on that day and then show up and get told they don’t have the order.

On top of that, they won’t even give a discount on one of their ready-made cakes for the major inconvenience.

I came in right as they were closing. Two young men were in there, doing their jobs, closing. I held them up waiting for a text from a friend who had too many damn details and didnt want to leave the car. I finally put in my order after taking long myself.
