Customer Service is a priority for Josetta and staff. They went over backwards trying to find me a suitable room since picture on website( through no fault of their own )showed a completely different room than the one I was to have. The other issue was that I could not climb steps and I did not share that with the property so it made their search a little bit more difficult since I could not use the room that was provided to me. However, once settled, I really did learn to appreciate the beauty of this little resort. Josetta and staff have made the details of living in Santa Fe part of this experience. The little artifacts around the property the beautiful, beautiful roses and flora are just amazing. As general manager of another property in the past, I really do appreciate Josetta and her staff. The other item I want to mention is the cleanliness of the property. The housekeepers do an incredible job. My husband and I have never stayed in a cleaner more detailed environment. It was a lovely stay in Santa Fe. Despite my issues to start. One last thing is that this resort makes you pay for Wi-Fi. Please please try and change that. I think it is really a downfall for resort owners since everyone even the smallest gas station has Wi-Fi. Please try to attend to that. I think it will make your owner as...
Read moreThere were no laundry facilities in our room. You had to schedule a time to do laundry with the receptionist. However this could change in the future since this was due to covid. The parking is very tight if you have anything above a midsize car. The room was clean. The staff is friendly. There were quite a few very nice restaurants within easy walking distance. There are also little shops and downtown. There was also even Parks available within walking distance.
What I'd like to see added for safety would be lighting on the stairs themselves. Either under the stair or at the sides to make sure that they are well lit at night. A little more Lighting in the parking lot. The handrails for the stairs were not at the correct height they were under 3 foot. I'm 5 foot 10 and my husband is 6 foot 5. I have vertigo and always grasp railing for my safety. My husband has arthritis in both knees. It was not easy for us to grasp to go up and down the stairs. My husband actually fell on the stairs going down missing the last step. Luckily he was alright. The management was very responsive and put tape on the edge of the stairs to make them...
Read moreWe're not able to use the living room couch bed as an extremely heavy table in the middle of the living room. Was not able to determine if the mattress in the living room will support human weight or not. Murphy beds were a more effective option in the timeshare units. Two steps getting down into the unit one-step getting down to the bedroom. World market paint white stripe on the steps to highlight the steps. Approximately 6 units are shared two tables and a BBQ in each common patio. Two other units had the tables in use the entire visit so we never used the patio. Units are a little dark and claustrophobic if you can't get outside. Expanding the common areas would help. Multiple interior lighting options. Staff at the desk or very nice and relatively helpful, plans were to stay in town in the tourist area. Exterior areas were clean. a little more experience with pruning is needed. Parking areas are tight so make sure you back in. Office is closed between 10:30 and 6 a.m. as are the laundry ice machine and soda machine.. this complex has no indoor common area...
