The one star is for the customer service. When we first started going here, Vangie, one of the owners was the nicest and sweetest person to greet you and she made delicious drinks. It's been a little bit since we've been back but today we decided to go and get some boba drinks. There were two new girls working, one was nice and greeted us as we came in and the other just shouldn't be working in customer service. No smile, no happy greetings or anything, just alot of attitude. We ordered our drinks with a little variation to how they are usually made which Vangie used to do for us and didn't seem like it was complicated. A House Blend with oatmilk instead of creamer, and a peach passion fruit tea. Sounds pretty basic to me. Well Caylah, the girl with attitude told us the creamer is non dairy, we said we knew but we still didn't want it. They looked puzzled. And the peach passion tea, was even more of a brain teaser. I mean the peach tea is on the menu and passion fruit is an add on so......? Any ways we got our drinks and the house blend was fine for my husband but my grandma said the peach tea was not sweet at all. So I went back in and as we waited in line Caylah looked at us and finally I asked if there was any sweetener in it. She said no, they only sweeten those teas with the fruit juice, meaning the passion fruit I added. I asked don't they usually use sugar and she said no, which again contradicts what vangie had previously told me. She said they could add sweetener if I wanted, and I told her yes. She said okay ill make it for you in a minute. She then proceeded to take all of the orders of the people who were behind us in line and make their drinks first. Finally I stood in front of the register incase anyone else came in so she would have to help us. It's absolutely ridiculous, this girl needs to work in a cubicle away from people. She did remake it, but not after going back and forth with me about whats in the drinks, and it was still not great, but that's the last time we're going there. As long as...
Read moreGreat experience! Earlier in the day I had shuffled my music Playlist and Boba Tea (& Love Bus) by Chinese American Bear came on. Got in the mood for some Boba and on the blue bus into Santa Fe I saw this out our window. After walking around and seeing rain clouds I headed this direction just as rain began. Ordered the Sweet Bao (has custard inside) and the coconut with peanut butter and Boba. Each was very good and enjoyable. Next time I will try the coconut with Taro. The service was excellent with a wonderful group of women. The moment I walked in Harry Styles was on the stereo and I felt at home. The space is really nice with beautiful artwork on the ceiling. Only just opened less than 15 days ago. Definitely worth supporting...
Read moreVery nice place to stop by in Santa Fe both for other locals and tourists who are visiting the mall or shopping at sprouts or such. Very cozy place, they are friendly and have a really cute pastel interior with cute hello kitty plushies and other plushies and such. Also very good Avocado and coconut flavored smoothie apparently they recommended I will have to try next time.
I enjoyed the Hokkaido milk tea and Chai ice tea, mango was also wonderful, and matcha is always good too.
Original: Very good boba, fresh fruit and premium high quality tea and smoothie powders. Very excited to add this place as a fun hangout or drink stop to replace my prior Keva Juice obsession I...
