Iāve been a member for about 8 months. When I started coming there was a nurse Chansey who was great at administering IVās. She left, and another nurse came and couldnāt poke my vein and I left with a bloody and bruised arm. This was the first experience I had ever had where my vein couldnāt be poked. I went to the Florida location while visiting and got a IV again no problem. Back home in Santa Fe, I went again and had same nurse who once again bruised my arm and couldnāt get needle in. I had rearranged my morning to drive 30 mins to get the IV. I explained how upset I was and asked to cancel my membership since it happened twice. Another nurse Morgan Matthews came in and said she could try - so I allowed her to. She was able to get the needle in but began to make excuses saying they are only human. Well duh!!! Whatās your point? She was upset that I wasnāt happy about the two experiences. Well then get qualified injectors. A few minutes later she came back and told me that I couldnāt come back unless I treated her and the other nurse with respect. Really?? Incredulous- she was now attempting to gaslight me and spin it. I was unhappy yes being stabbed in my arm multiple times! But I was not disrespectful. She said she was an empath and sensitive and my being mad about my experience was upsetting her and she needed to go do yoga now. Ridiculous. Definitely never returning although the ladies at the front were kind and nice. The people who matter the ones that are trained professionals are unprofessional incompetent and rude! Terrible experience- but isolated because I never had this happen at other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām incredibly disappointed with the customer service at Restore Hyper Wellness. After being a loyal member for over two years, I recently had to cancel my membership due to a situation beyond my control.
During a required medical review with a nurse, I casually mentioned a minor medical condition. Although Iāve since been fully cleared after routine check-ups, I was told I could not continue services without a doctorās waiver. Unfortunately, my doctor declined to sign the waiver due to the treatments not being FDA- approved.
Mary, the front desk associate, suggested that I simply find 'any doctor or physician' who would sign the consent. I found this suggestion both puzzling and contradictory. While they are extremely strict about requiring doctor consent, recommending I seek out just anyone willing to sign undermines the credibility and seriousness of their safety protocols.
As a result, I have 8 unused credits that I cannot utilize which was 2 months worth of the membership. I was only interested in IV treatments and NAD shots, but those also require a doctorās consent. The other available services, like red light therapy and infrared sauna, donāt meet my needs since I already have those at home.
I politely requested a refund for the unused credits, but my request was denied. Given my loyalty as a long-term member and the fact that I am unable to use the credits through no fault of my own, this outcome feels completely unfair.
Businesses thrive on fairness and customer loyalty. Restore Hyper Wellness clearly failed to demonstrate either in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not one to write reviews in general, but Iāve had such consistently positive experiences at Restore Hyper Wellness in Santa Fe that I feel compelled to share! From the first time I walked in, to every time Iām running late or need to reschedule, the staff - most notably Kristiana (the manager), Estrella, and Dara - have always been genuinely friendly and accommodating beyond expectation. And the facility itself is so clean, comfortable, and full of a multitude of effective treatment modalities to choose from; itās like āone-stop shoppingā for all my wellness needs :)
In particular, Iāve loved using the infrared sauna (it gets oh-so satisfyingly HOT - much hotter than other infrared saunas Iāve tried in Santa Fe) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy soft chambers to help my body heal from chronic conditions Iāve been struggling with for awhile. They have a shower in the facility as well, which is key for washing off all the sweat-excreted toxins after coming out of the infrared sauna, as well as really kind and helpful nursing staff to oversee use of some of the more medical treatments (e.g. IV therapy). Finally, the fees are more than fair and competitive, especially if you sign up for a membership (which gives you access to discounted pricing) and/or take advantage of...
