I’ve been coming to this Blake’s for about 4 years now. I’ve ordered 300+ burgers at once, maybe the owner/manager from that time will remember me, for a film crew from this location, because the service was so good to me personally in previous interactions. However, this last Saturday I ordered a delivery fish sandwich meal. Fish sandwich was customized with no tomato, add cheese and green chile. I paid 5.99 for delivery, the order was incorrect. There was no cheese or green chile and there was still a tomato on the sandwich. So I call the store and it rings for about 5 minutes. I waited and called back. No answer. So I drove to the store to have them correct my sandwich. The person at the register didn’t apologize for the order being made incorrectly or the inconvenience. She takes the sandwich to be remade, as that happens I ask to be refunded for the delivery charge since I had to physically drive in to have it corrected, because nobody answered the phone. The person at the register then tells me I need to contact DoorDash, I let that person know, I ordered directly thru the Blake’s website. She then shows me her screen and that she cannot refund that charge. So I offer another resolution, of giving me a gift card for the amount. She says she can’t. So I state you know it’s just the principal that I paid for delivery, the order was incorrect, nobody was answering the phone at Blake’s, and I had to drive here to get it resolved. The cashier then reluctantly says I can give you $6 cash. I said okay, thank you and take the cash. I patiently wait for my sandwich, which comes back to me without my seasoned fries. They realize there’s no fries and tell me they’ll get me some. When I get home they gave me plain fries. Not seasoned. I didn’t even want new fries, I would have happily taken the seasoned fries that came with the first sandwich. The fact that they did not even look at the rest of my order to make sure it was absolutely correct before giving it back to me was so frustrating that when I saw the again WRONG order in my bag at my house, I just said screw it and lost my appetite. Note that the store wasn’t busy upon my arrival. All this to say the lack of professionalism and customer service during my experience was...

I ordered a lotaburger new Mexican style. I took two bites and realized my burger didn't have double meat. I went back to the lady who took my order and told her my burger did not have double meat. She asked me " did you eat it all"? I said no. She immediately got a attitude and started shaking her head at me while talking at me like i messed up. So, i grab my burger and got the receipt. She seen my burger had two bites out of it and she said " i thought you didn't eat it". The first time she asked if i ate it all. I didn't eat it all. After that i told her check your attitude cause Im not the one. The receipt showed a regular lotaburger so, I seen she totally took my order wrong and gave me attitude over her mess up. She would not stop talking at me and giving me attitude. My burger at this point was sitting on the counter with receipt. She seen the receipt and told me I ordered lotaburger. I know what I ordered. I never order a single burger where ever I go. She told me they would make me a new one and I would have to pay for the extra patty. No problem with me I just want what I ordered. She was so rude escalated the situation the whole time. After I paid her for the extra patty she asked with attitude if I wanted corporates number. I told her no. She asked me two more times with attitude and told her no. She made a big deal over nothing and it was a nice amount of people in there that seen and heard the whole transaction. The people I was with told me I should have taken corporates phone number. If corporate reads this please send that rude young lady to some training. I've been to this lotaburger in the past and never had a issue. I'm from out of state and lotaburger is always the first stop in NM. I will not come back to this one on Cerillos rd because of her. The other staff were nice and all smiles. The guy making the fries was cool making gestures to me seeing if I was okay. All this could have been handled with out her having a attitude and making a big deal because she made a mistake. At the end of the day the burger was good, but my fries got cold dealing with her and waiting for my new double burger new Mexican style. The people I was with told me the tables were dirty and the restrooms...
Read moreWe visited 3/23/2021. I’ll start by saying the food was pretty decent. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest. Drink station could have been cleaner. My 3 grandchildren got kids meals with 3 milks. The 8 year old complained his milk was sour. We checked the date and it was February 1st. The other milks were checked. One was in date. The 3rd one which my 4 year old grandson drank most of, was dated November 17, 2020. Over 4 months old. Of course we went back in the store. The lady, Pam, was shocked when we showed her the dates. She told me the store manager, Tom, was the one who sold us the milks. She immediately checked the refrigerator and checked the dates of the remaining 2 milks they had an assured me they were in date. How were there 5 milks and 2 of them grossly out of date and we happened to get those. She took the milk bottles to the back. (My daughter had taken a picture of the milk dates and receipt just in case they were thrown away) Pam also called the store manager who attempted to assure me, based on his EMT experience, me that the children shouldn’t get sick. He attempted to assure me that the children would reject anything that would cause a body harm and offered to comp a meal next time through. I explained to him that I am a registered nurse (25 years) and know that if these children get sick they are going to the ER. He did ultimately say he felt bad and gave me his cell phone number in case there were any issues. It isn’t about any free food. It’s about feeling of trusting a business who handles food to keep us safe. Check their dates. If they are not checking milk dates and those milks are 4 months old, what else are they trying to salvage and hope no one pays attention? Unfortunately with the covid rules, we weren’t able to sit down in a restaurant and spread things out. We had had a long day traveling to Santa Fe and was trying to feed very hungry children in a car. I really feel like a health inspector needs to visit. This was my families first and last visit with...
