I usually have a good experience at this location but on the night of 8-11-24 I was discriminated against when I pulled forward to the window to place my order due to me having tentinitus (a hearing impairment). Before I could pull up to the window two men walked up and bought a couple drinks which she argued and lied about later while I attempted to place my order. When I got to the window I told the woman I still needed to place my order her response was "you have to go back around". While she continues to argue that I "have to go back around" I refused while still attempting to explain my need to place my order at the window because of my impairment. Her repeated response was "I'm the only one working". I've worked in a fast food chain and understand the pressures and can empathize to an extent but to refuse me service for her lack of capabilities and my need for accommodations that are put on the drive thru speaker for a reason is unacceptable. If this woman isn't capable of performing the job duties, she shouldn't be working there. Using the right to refuse service to someone who is hearing impaired is unexcusable. I hope that this issue and problem with this woman can be corrected and taught that the severity of this experience should never occur. I shouldn't feel like I'm less than human when I go to McDonald's. I hope this never happens to...
Read moreThey just bumped my order and didn't even tell me that they didn't have pies made. Could of at least given my drink. The lady at the counter looked at me and just ignored me because i have a backpack. All the customers just walked around me like I'm nothing and she helps them immediately. Disrespectful people in this town. I asked an employee and she straight up walked away. Then the manager came up and literally over looked me and i asked her for help then got mouthy with me immediately for no reason. I told her they bumped my order and your serving people around me. She told me i can get out of her restaurant if i don't like it. Then i told her she was being rude and disrespectful and she told me to get out of her restaurant. Complete discriminating in this city. The manager deserves to be fired 5:30pm. 12/27. You better believe i told her what i thought of her. I asked her name is she said i ain't giving it to you. Lol I have 12 years management experience with a degree. This is a joke of a restaurant. This lady is complete joke. Later i spoke to another local and apparently this is...
Read moreThough ive declined heavily in my enjoyment of McDonalds menu (and thus in my visitation of McDonald's) , the other day, i found myzelf enjoying a spicy chicken sandwich in their lobby as i had bumped into a friend nearby whom informed me of their dining room being reopened since the mask mandate loosening began.
Indeed this was true, confirmed by the strangely opening door of said dining room as I lightly pulled on the door. Since i dont have a car (although I likely drive better than you), opportunities to eat outside of my residence have been far and few since the dining rooms have been closed to CoV2.
Thus my star rating is more based on politics than production. With that said, my meal was as expected and the staff was certainly accomodaing. I was left feeling the team there enjoyed participating and at no poont in time did i feel rushed nor as if our attendance was aggravating.
This will perhaps be my only mcdonalds review, but for what it was... it was cool--far between, and this is the...
