Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Let me just start off with I never have an issue coming to this Pizza Hut. For all the times I’ve came here the customer service has been wonderful. However, today has been absolutely the worst experience ever. Let me just start off with I used to work fast food and I also know how chaotic things can get when work gets busy, but the girl in the back who was cutting the pizzas and prepping the box’s had such an attitude! It gets worse. My mother ordered our food online and we had a mix up, but it was a mess up on our part. So we had to wait a little bit and we didn’t mind. We went back in to get our order and it was still getting ready so we waited and the girl who was running the register (who was nice to my mom and I) was reading our recipe back to us and my mom questioned the girl where our cinnamon rolls were because we had ordered them, but we never received them. Well the girl who was working the register went to go ask the girl who was cutting and prepping the pizzas in the back were the order was the girl in the back started to mock my mom she made a comment that made my blood boil. Her comment was “ What kind of idiot only orders frosting” “Well I’m not making cinnamon rolls for them! to bad” When the girl in the back realized that we could hear her she looked shocked. She tried being friendly but at this point both my mom and I are mad and we both just want our order and get the hell out of here. Then the manger walks in (who was friendly to us) explained to us why our recipe only says frosting and said she was going to give us a free cinnamon roll because of the mix up. At this point my blood is still boiling because of the girl in the back who was cutting the pizzas. I’m grateful for the manger and the girl who was working the register. I don’t know when...

I had the absolute worst experience with my online order. After I ordered they said it was going to take 80-90 mins for my food to be delivered. When I tried calling them, the person I spoke to on the phone told me she will cancel the order then she proceeded not to do exactly that! I tried calling multiple times after and no one picks up the phone or if they so pick up I was put on hold for over 30mins. I finally got someone when I claimed to place a new order and she told me the order was going to be delivered in 10 mins. I have been waiting for over 1 hr for my meal. I will mot recommend you ordering your pizza from this location. There should be one that is better with customer service. I used to be a member and this is the first extremely negative experience I have had with Pizza Hut.

Update (2 hours later) still waiting for my meal. I called customer service again. Someone picked and while I was trying to explain myself patiently, she kept interrupting an telling me she cannot cancel my order. I told her I needed to speak to someone who could and she told me "to stop interrupting her while she was speaking (repeatedly saying she could not cancel the order)" I quickly reminded her that she should transfer me to someone who could cancel the order. The day of yesterday Sunday May 13,2024 me and my kids witness something terrible. Although the pizza was tasty and the service was awesome. Manger Alexia was doing amazing and trying her best to maintain control in the store. There was a short girl standing on her phone and being flat out rude to Alexia and the other workers. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and continued to fault Alexia for the commotion she cased. She then began to yell at her and make threatening jesters. Alexia then asked "Are you gonna hit me" and looked distress and scared. My kids were honestly scared Also. I then asked Alexia if she was okay and if she needed anything she began to tear up and apologize for the whole situation I then asked her for her name witch she gave me and asked her for the short girls name she than told me she could only identify her self due to the Circumstances. She then went to go help the back workers while apologizing and being attentive to the customers in the font Because the short girl was just stressing the workers and being rude to customers while talking bad about Alexia to customers. I love going to pizza hut but I'm not taking my kids for A Good While.
