I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster and I must say, my experience was elevated to a whole new level thanks to the exceptional service provided by Chantal B. From the moment we were seated until the moment we left, Chantal's warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our dining experience truly memorable.

Chantal greeted us with a genuine smile and infectious enthusiasm, immediately setting a positive tone for our meal. She took the time to explain the menu, highlighting specials and offering helpful recommendations based on our preferences. Her knowledge of the dishes and ingredients showcased her dedication to her craft and her commitment to ensuring we had the best possible dining experience.

Throughout our meal, Chantal was incredibly attentive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal to the fullest. Her timing was impeccable, never rushing us yet always there when we needed her. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our satisfaction and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

What truly stood out about Chantal was her warmth and genuine hospitality. She took the time to engage with us, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our overall dining experience.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Chantal B and the outstanding service she provided during our visit to Red Lobster. The only reason I am giving a five star at this point is because of Lawrence who was the Saving Grace of the evening. The food was good but the service and positive attitude as well as attentiveness of Lawrence was phenomenal. If it wouldn't have been for Lawrence's professionalism and capabilities, throughout the meal as well as upselling, the entire evening would have been a wreck.

The flip side is Caroline. She is the greatest detriment to this entire restaurant when I walked in while I was waiting for my party she was belittling and talking down to an an employee in front of another employee at the check-in stand. She did not stop or even consider stepping away when myself and other customers were walking in. I am highly dissatisfied with the fact that this would be allowed by upper management to have a person of the management staff putting such a bad foot forward in front of customers especially other employees as well when representing the establishment. I have been a restaurant owner, domestically and internationally, as well as still own a catering business and I would never consider treating one of my employees like this especially in front of customers or other employees. If a manager wants respect it's earned not just demanded and the way that she was disrespecting the employees and in turn while doing so in front of guests, disrespecting the guests This is highly uncalled for and unconscionable. I love Red Lobster. I know that even though the sound may seem as a fishy place.. they have plenty of American food available, too. I personally go with the salmon dinner, side of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese (no bacon!), the Pina Colada drink and a salad, sometimes with croutons. Definitely worth a shot. Anyways, when me and my mom are seated at the bar area, its our favorite spot with the comfy seating. We've had Demeatrio couple of times so far and he made sure of it that he gives us 10 out of 10 service. I personally favor him than any of the other servers at the restaurant. He has a light-hearted energy, he makes sure that we are happy with our dishes recieved. He doesn't fail to check on us in a timely manner. He's also a really great bartender whenever we want our pina colada (virgin) or talking to others striking friendly conversations. Overall, very happy with the service. Looking forward to seeing you again, thank you for a lovely experience each time! I know the pay isn't so great, it's not in many places that we simply apply for.
