Fusion Tacos Place Mall — Restaurant in Santa Fe

I really want to give the same review as the other location I went to first. But when I ordered my food no one was there in line, I ordered my food and about 5 minutes later a group of 10-15 teenagers showed up and ordered. 15 minutese later that group got their food(no clue why). So all in all i waited for 25 minutes for 4 tacos. I asked the lady up front why and she didn't even answer me, she turned around and said 'oh heres your food' and gave it to me and started walking away. I asked the other lady if I could have my drink and she handed me my drink.

That being said the food was absolutely delicious, but im not sure ill be back as the other location is about a mile further, ill drive the little bit further for better customer service and get my tacos in about 5-7 minutes...

I was craving something different today and decided to go and try out Fusion Tacos at this location for my lunch break a little after 1PM and I was very disappointed. My order took longer than I expected and there was barely any customers. I was very pleased with the cashiers customer service that was great, BUT while I was waiting for my food all you can hear from the back was laughter after laughter very loudly and bad mouthing. Such an unprofessional business. This was my first and last time spending my money here. The focus should be on the orders they are receiving rather than having what sounds like a party. Would not recommend....

I have never felt so ripped off by a food establishment. I ordered a birria burrito from Fusion at the Santa Fe place and was given a tiny pathetic little burrito! I have never seen such a small burrito before. I also ordered a side of beans and spanish rice with no drink and it was over twenty dollars! The salsa was filled only a third of the way up in the little plastic cups. Two years ago the burritos were quadruple the size of what I got. I could of went to a nice New Mexican restaurant for the price I paid. I won't be back and I will make sure to warn my many families, friends, and coworkers not to eat...
