My grandchildren and I went in this evening and had decent sized order. The employee (didn’t see a name tag) took his sweet time getting it to us. As we were sitting outside eating, the kids saw him drop a cup on the floor and his co-worker (a young lady) picked it up and placed it back in the stack. The three youngest needed to use the restroom and asked the young man if they could use the restroom. He told them they could go out by the dumpster in the back. The young man was the thin young man. Today is my birthday. I went with my aunt and grandma to get a cake. We had a terrible experience. The employee name was Ronnie. The cake was priced $12.99 but it rang up at $17. Ronnie stated he did not know how to do an override. We asked for the manager but she was not there. He said his manager name was Valerie and we could call her with the complaint. Ronnie was more concerned with his friends who were hanging out in the store. This experience ruined my birthday. I placed an online order, and from the moment I arrived to pick it up, the customer service was terrible. The employees were inefficient. Apparently, there was an “error” that caused my order not to appear in their system (I showed them the order number, and the address of that location was clearly listed on the receipt). Not only did they fail to prepare the order I paid for, but they also did NOT issue a refund.
