World Market — Local services in Santa Fe

We went in and all employees on the sales floor were super nice and helpful. Once we got to the register the cashier was very rude. We put our basket on the counter and had to attend to 4 year old for a sec when she yells items go here tapping 2 inches away from the basket. Then she asked we enter our phone number my husband accidentally put the wrong number and she asked to reenter he did and this one was correct. He apologize for the wrong number and she rolled her eyes. In the meantime we noticed he didn't have his wallet. My husband let the cashier that our older son was get it from the car, right outside. When she finished totaling he tried our phone pay and for the first time ever it asked for a pin for the credit card (it has no pin)he in formed her its doesn't have a pin and that our son was almost back with his wallet. He waiting 20 seconds when she rudely said you have to pay as our son was walking up to the register. My husband told her (again) my son is getting our wallet. He asked our son to hurry up and then she chaged her ton and said "he doesn't need to hurry" after she made a big deal that we were not paying right away.There was no one behind us so we weren't casing a back up in the line. Then there was no thank you or have a nice day...

I've enjoyed shopping at world market ever since it opened in Santa Fe when it was still located in sanbusco center. This location is really nice and I've gotten used to shopping here although I just still miss the old location this location has much better parking easier access to things such as loading furniture and goods. They have an excellent wine and champagne spirits collection. And you can find pretty much any kind of gift you're looking for when it comes to home goods. I miss the fact that they used to have a much larger Halloween section but the stuff that they do provide in small quantities is really nice. How about a bottle of champagne for my friend for her birthday and checked out with Tammy today she did a great job of helping us and making it a smooth and easy...

I absolutely love going to the store, it provides me with inspiration when it comes to home decorating and also treats that I cannot find anywhere else. They have so many different kinds and types of items to furnish your kitchen, house, but also different types of food imported from all around the world.

The staff is absolutely amazing they are welcoming, always helpful, have smile on their face and go out of their way to assist anyway they can. I wish everyone had such a wonderful customer service. The managers are wonderful as well, and I know I will receive amazing help not only in the store itself, but also over a phone when I call...
