Boba Tea Company — Restaurant in Santa Fe

We were the only ones in line and the staff were nice, at first... Two staff members decided that instead of making our drinks, they needed to fuss with the tv. The third staff member stood there looking at us. We watched 4 or 5 more families come up and place orders. The one that was standing there started to make a drink as slow as she humanly could. She took 10 minutes to make a polar baby..for the 5th person who ordered. Twenty minutes went by and the two playing with the tvs gave up. The girl who ordered the polar baby came back because the third staff member spent 10 minutes making her order wrong. The other two finally started helping with orders and the 4 people behind us all got their drinks first. We finally got ours after 32 minutes. One of our 3 drinks was made almost correctly. The other 2 were completely wrong. Our peach tea tastes like a sour lemon. Our taro is a spicy strawberry sludge thing with kiwi gobi. The blondie was supposed to be over ice and they made it a smoothie but at least the flavors are correct. This used to be one of the best boba places but they obviously don't care about customer service...

Unfortunately if I could give this place 0 stars i would. I absolutely love boba tea company however this location is so freaking inconsistent I can no longer give them my business sadly. There was no one waiting before me or after me today when I got 2 love potion drinks, made by a young guy. This is the only drink i ever order, and at this location its always completely different. I can tell by the look right away if its going to taste good or not. If its a pink color its horrible but when its an off whitish color its good. Both drinks were pink, tasted very powdery and thick and chunky and at almost $7 a drink that i'm throwing away half the time, taking a guess if it will be Drinkable or not is not the gamble i'm taking anymore. Sorry but this location is not for me...

Every time I go they are closed or closing super early. Some of the employees are rude as well. I’ve gone twice recently just for boba and they say sorry but we are closing. one time was 15 minutes until the mall closed which I could see being an issue but today it was around 330 when they turned us down which the mall was still open for a bit longer. Every place I’ve worked we work up until the closed sign is turned so if someone where to come in 15 minutes til close we had to take them. Going twice out of my way to get boba and been...
