Subway Sandwiches and Catering — Restaurant in Santa Monica

Long time customer at various Subway locations. I walked into this location one afternoon and the two ladies behind the counter looked at me, said something in Spanish and started laughing at me. I asked them, excuse me is there something funny? They gave me some stuttering response and rather than cause a scene I just walked out. As I’m walking out one of the ladies says go get out. I don’t know why people take jobs serving the public if….you don’t want to serve the public. It’s a shame people have this kind of attitude towards customers who are paying above average prices for below average food.

Beware if you try to use a discount coupon. My wife and I tried to present the discount coupons and every time without fail they refused at the cash register for all kinds of excuses, mainly "this sandwich is not included in the discount" although the coupon says otherwise.

This is fraud.

Once they participate in the program, they must go by the program details, and the limitations are written on the coupon.

For what reason in 2023 half of the products were closed from customers so that we could not see what you put in? Namely the meat part, if they are spoiled, this will lead to great health complications! Why are you doing it? What is your purpose in hiding this kind of food for us?
