5 Stars – Great First Visit! This was my first time trying this place, and I was really impressed! They also have a drive-through, which is super convenient. When I walked in, there were three people ahead of me, but the line moved quickly. While you wait, there are pictures of the food displayed, which is helpful if you’re new and not sure what to order. I got a carne asada sope, which came with all the fixings—cheese, onion, cilantro, sour cream lettuce and a side of tomato, radish, and lime on the side. They also gave us four containers of salsa, and they have a salsa bar with a great variety. Every salsa I tried had amazing flavor! I also ordered a michelada that came with four shrimp, cucumber slices and orange and lime slices.—super tasty and surprisingly affordable. (My picture only shows 3 shrimp because one had fallen inside) When I paid, the staff was really friendly and welcoming. Overall, great service, delicious food, and affordable prices....
Read moreSecond time trying this location and the person taking phone orders needs to be clear on taking phone orders properly and not on a speaker phone call. Also I placed a order by phone called 2 HOURS before and I arrived only to find that my order was not started and had to be late to work because of the delay from my phone order and they couldn’t find it by name so if the name system does not work try keeping orders organized by phone numbers to save yourself and upset customers much needed time. Otherwise there is no point in having a phone order system if it’s not gonna be taken care of properly and customers might as well rely on the Sebastopol rd location since they always make sure your order is done right and done with care. New locations are...

We were a group of seven, and we all felt the food lacked flavor overall. Most of us ordered tacos—I had two carne asada tacos with rice and beans. The tacos were dry, and both the meat and rice were quite bland. I was hoping the salsa might add some flavor, but it had an odd taste that didn’t really work for me and wasn’t spicy at all. While El Roy's clearly has a loyal following, we’ve had more flavorful meals at other taco trucks. On a positive note, the service was fast and the staff...
