The folk here have been great. I originally ordered via the web and had to wait a day for delivery of the two batteries I wanted for my truck. There was a bit of confusion but it was sorted out and I got the batteries. I would have rated the 3 stars then (average).
Fast-forward a year and I discover that both the truck batteries have been completely drained because it sat with something sucking the power for 6 weeks. One battery would not respond to either a 2 Amp or 12 Amp charger, I was afraid it was dead. I took it in to have them check it and while it appear dead, they said to leave it and they would try to revive it. A day later I got a call that they had revived it and it was working fine.

Read more9/8/17 Update: Replacement #2 was put in today without incident. I guess my experience the last time struck a chord with everyone involved, because the original clerk was FANTASTIC today and took proper care of me. Because of the experience I had today, I'm bumping the rating up. They've done a lot to recover me as a customer. I'm satisfied.

The sales pitch was great. Said the car battery originates from the same guys that make die hard batteries. But, get ready to go to war over warranty coverage. Battery died within a year and the kid tested it. Says my alternator is going bad. Second trip in and this time, another more experienced clerk immediately ruled it BAD. Half day of lost work and two AAA service calls and 24 hours on the rack at pepboys. However, as he is ringing in the replacement he hits me for $1.04 sales tax. SERIOUSLY?? I have to pay the difference on tax on a WARRANTY REPLACEMENT?? In the end, he did put the battery in and car started. One star review turns into two stars just on that. Had they done the right thing on my first visit...maybe four...

I contact them to check for an item to see if it's in stock and what's the best time to come in. A person name Paul answer and seem to be clueless and ask another person to assist me. Instead of putting customers on hold, I overheard the person saying he doesn't care and have me call back, he's busy. I ask Paul to please put me on HOLD next time, a customer on the phone can hear whoever he's asking is very rude. Paul didn't place on HOLD again, I heard Paul telling this other person to come to the phone cause a customer being a DICK.
The person supposedly the manager finally came on the phone, try to act like he's helping me but hangup after I voice my concern. Please customers, shop around and avoid this place as much as possible. This is an example of a business that only cares about upselling products and hassle prices.
