Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

My friend and I had come here as a spontaneous adventure because we both hadn’t had Costco food in a while and we both remembered how good it used to be. Oh boy was I mistaken. I’m sorry, but management you need to be hiring employees with decent customer service skills. I interacted with a gentleman who was snarky and another couple of employees who just showed no interest in the customers or the food. I give credit to the hot dog and soft serve ice cream, the pizza was mediocre, and the chicken bake is terrible and really dry. The atmosphere was chaotic which is understandable given it is Costco and it’s constantly busy, but you need to do something more about the space you have. Add more tables and chairs, even benches for the people waiting. They had no mayo, ranch, or even barbecue sauce. Minimal vegetarian options. I can say that they’re prices are cheap for a good amount of food. Overall though, I just didn’t have an enjoyable time here like I used too. Ever since they changed the call out policy for numbers the food court has been hell. Unorganized customers trying to “line up” but there’s 0 point because the employees do not respect the line and I have been not served despite waiting longer then customers being served at that moment. There’s zero organization in the line and it’s leading to constant cutting and chaos. There are sometimes 2ines sometimes 1 line sometimes 3 lines, but the lines don’t matter. You can be waiting in the first line and then the employee is handling that line will just call someone over from the other line serving them before me. I don’t expect amazing customer service but also get some employees that don’t seem like they hate...

It certainly isn't fancy. Both the food and atmosphere are about what you'd expect. I have plenty of complaints. There isn't enough seating and the tables are never clean. Tonight, the pizza looked like they intentionally shook the toppings off and there was half exposed crust. The ketchup was completely out. The employees were nonexistent.
