Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

This is also one of my favorite fast food restaurants to eat at. The food is always hot and served up the way it's supposed to be; politely and with a smile. The young man that works the cash register, Armando S. is always courteous, helpful and witty. He won't hesitate to carry your food to the table, hold the door or remake your childs freeze when he drops it all over the floor. And Veronica makes the absolute best beefy frito burrito! Let's not forget to give Edgar Rivas a special mention. Some days I think he must have an S on his chest. He works hard to make sure everyone's order is perfect and I've never seen him having an off day. So, if you want hot, delicious food served exactly as you ordered it, then this is where you want to be. Stop by and let the Dream Team...

This comment is for the franchise owner. Your employees that work at 1am are ripping you off and are making you lose money. Your hours say open until 3am and I got there at 1:50 am and they have the automated voice that says you are closed when that is false. Your employees aren’t worth 20 bucks an hour. Either fire them or change your hours from google to close at 2 am. Come on now at my factory you work until the very last minute and clean throughout the entire shift. If they can’t do that then they are lazy. I’m for sure not coming back. I’m okay with this place going bankrupt like the other fast food joints. This is the first time in my life, that I’ve been to a Taco Bell where the food that was given to me, looks exactly like the food in the pictures. I ordered an $8 box and everything was perfection and it tasted just like it looked. My friends ordered different meals and all was perfection! The restaurant was super clean and so was the restroom. This definitely makes me wanna drive for over an hour from San Francisco just to eat here. One more thing… the staff…. WOW!! Super friendly, super helpful and overall the whole vibe was truly a gift.
