Avoid this location period a total failure horrible customer service. They are to busy filling every online order, they completely ignored the line of actual customers inside the store till the line was out the door. Then when it was finally my turn they where out of half the main dishes they tell me I'll have to wait 10 minutes. Are u kidding me they wanted me to wait 10 minutes but they filled all the online orders and they where sitting out getting cold. So I left because i wasn't gonna put up with shity customer service and as I left 2 other people walked out too. Then I called and talked to the assistant manager Asika was what he claimed his name was, he straight up lied to me. He tells me that they only have 1 person filling online orders but when I was there it was clear as day that 2 people where filling online orders and completely ignored the line so he lied about that. Then he tells me he just got there so if he just got there he doesn't have a clue what was going on when he wasn't there, apparently he lies to the customer's because he thinks they won't know or won't say anything but I will. Then he tells me he has to remind them to cook more food. So ur telling me the server who knows the dish is almost gone isn't asking for more that's part of there job. If they don't ask for more food then they dont have to work and server people. This place completely sucks has horrible staff and management that lies to try to cover his butt just totally pathetic. The pics are old because I didn't get food because they sucked so badly. I bet the management ignores my review the way they ignore there customer's inside the store.
I talked to Omar today he actually seemed to care about customer service. I hope Asika gets what he deserves because it turns out Asika blocked everyone from calling into this location the call would eventually just disconnect. I showed Omar what was going on with the phone and he wasn't happy I hope he writes up Asika. Asika thought if he blocked the calls I wouldn't complain to his manager instead I just went in and talked to his manager that was a big mistake on Asika's part. The only reason I might try them again is Omar he listened cared and did his job by the time I got home the calls to this location where going through again. Omar seems like a keeper Went back in today they had all the food options but most where from yesterday. The orange chicken and Beijing beef was dried out hard as rocks, the sauce tasted cooked on old from yesterday's leftovers. The chow mein was dried out and cold also from yesterday. The only fresh thing was the teriyaki chicken. I barely finished a third of my food. Read morePlaced on Santa Rosa Avenue, this Panda Express location is right in the middle of one of the most popular shopping centers in town. It’s by Costco, Ulta Beauty, Target and plenty of other affordable restaurants. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. It’s not designated just to Panda Express, but if it’s a nice day and tables aren’t taken it’s always an option.
As we know Panda Express is an Americanized Asian fast food restaurant. The Asian aspect of their taste inspires from cities like Hong Kong, Beijing, and even Sichuan. They also do use woks that are 8 pounds to keep the authenticity. They’ve upped their care for health as they now have no food with high-fructose corn syrup and by 2025 they plan to cut even more sodium, sugars, and artificial colors and flavors.
Their website is beautifully organized. On there they have a chart for those who have specific allergies. They even have a page with 30-minute recipe recommendations using their food!
They only have their firecracker shrimp for limited times, but it is so tasty! This specific Panda Express has fresh food unlike other ones I’ve been too. They do vegetarian options like vegetables, chow mein, fried and white rice. Even veggie spring rolls.
Panda Express is kid friendly not just because they have a kids menu to fit their size, but they even have a program where they donate money to undeserved youth.
The workers here are youthful and efficient. I want to comment specifically on a worker named Jerrod. His customer service was exceptional and he definitely knows how to make sure that his customers are happy! Management, I hope you make him employee of the month!
Since it’s such a busy plaza there’s parking everywhere including wheelchair accessible parking. Just be careful driving around since it can get pretty tight.

Read moreI tend to order from here somewhat often and they tend to leave items out for far too long when they should be discarded. They become inedible so be mindful when ordering. This time i went to order i called the store ahead of time to ask if their Beijing beef was fresh and i got the run around. I asked her if she could please check to see if it was fresh. She kept saying other things as if she didnt understand what i was asking saying that when we get there to just ask to make it fresh but i wasnt coming to get it and i told her that. I normally dont order the Beijing beef because it is the most inconsistently cooked item on their menu but i had an itch for it. I wish i didnt, it was so over done, there was no beef left to chew, it was super dry and inedible. Absolutely disgusting honestly. Couldnt even chew it. Thats what i get for not coming in to observe it myself but its also the restaurant employees and cooks fault for allowing this to be the case. Im not the only one who had to endure it either. They are inconsistent with their portions as well and their service is also very inconsistent. Why you have people working that never smile or treat us like fellow human beings is beyond me but their custmer service is horrific. Theres maybe like 2 people that work there that actually speak to you, smile and know how to treat a customer. Ive been a manager of multiple fast food chains and retail stores. You should never have people in a customer service position that has no customer service experience because they are a representation of your brand and storefront.
