Review: I recently visited this Restaurant with high hopes for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling incredibly disappointed. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction was the complete lack of bathroom access provided by the establishment.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this Restaurant's customer service fell short of expectations. When I asked a member of the staff about the location of the restroom, I was shocked to learn that there were no facilities available for customers. This refusal to accommodate such a basic need left me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable throughout my entire visit.

Not being able to use a bathroom in a restaurant is not only inconvenient but also a significant oversight on the part of the management. It is a basic expectation for any establishment to provide sanitary facilities for their patrons. As a paying customer, I believe it is essential to prioritize the well-being and comfort of guests, and this Restaurant failed to meet this basic requirement.

Moreover, the lack of bathroom access negatively impacted my overall dining experience. It was difficult to fully enjoy my meal knowing that there was no option for relief if needed. This oversight on the part of the restaurant made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.

I understand that restaurants may face challenges or temporary issues, but the lack of bathroom access should have been communicated beforehand or alternative arrangements should have been made. It's disappointing that this Restaurant did not take the initiative to address this matter or offer any solutions during my visit.

In conclusion, my experience at this Restaurant was marred by the lack of bathroom access, which significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and provided with the basic amenities they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend this Restaurant to others, as this aspect of their service falls far below...

I went to this sandwich place because my friend told me it was pretty good. Welp…. This will be the first and last time. I walk in and the place is empty. No greeting so I walk to the counter and the two girls working have their backs turned toward the wall and didn’t even acknowledge us. May I add they were not this was when we walked through the door. We stood at the counter for a few min before someone decided to actually do their job. She was rude and seemed to have an attitude. As if it was a prob we even walked in the door. When she was done taking our order she gos to make it after she exchanged words in another language which is fine but not when you seemed to be talking disrespectfully. I asked for avocado on my sandwich and she gave me two thin slice when I got charged the whole price of an avocado. The sandwich wasn’t as good as I was expecting either….. probably because the whole experience gave me a nasty taste in my mouth. I will not be back and I will not recommend Sourdough in co unless you wanna be treated poorly...

This place is amazing. One of, if not my favorite, sandwich shops in Sonoma County. The food has always been delicious and the people that work here are always so friendly and nice!! I always get their caprese sandwich, which is a delicious vegetarian option. They also have great soups and i opt for their mac and cheese very often. Also, small detail, but they have a surprisingly good selection of sodas. Pibb Xtra even! So good ugh. Anyway, I wanted to leave this review because they deserve a way higher star rating for what they currently have. The manager on staff is always really nice and professional, and the sandwiches always turn out great. Not sure why it's so low! I've been going to this Santa Rosa location for years now and there has not been one bad experience here. Thanks Sourdough and Co!...
