Terrible doesn't begin to describe.
First with plenty of open tables at 11 am they sit us at one of the only tables that had sun rather than sit us at a shady table.
Second the drinks were watered down. Coke was watery, second coke was watery, strawberry lemonade was watery, and after 3 drinks we gave up.
Next our food comes. Well all except 1 member of the table who had to wait. Salad was terrible as if it had been sitting and cucumbers were not normal almost had the consistency of zuchinni.
They served us the wrong hot plates. So I got to eat the picked through chicken enchiladas because they were not the cheese ones that my aunt had ordered. So go to move the plate and it's still so hot that my husband's rough working hands got burned. Finally get my aunt her right food except it has corn which she requested the plate NOT have! First few bites are okay then 3rd bite in food is scorching hot so she screams in pain and drinks water to attempt to help.
Manager asks how things are. Told her how unhappy we were with quality of salad, and with being burned by plates. She says sorry but that is actually how we serve our plates.
I missed her apology being so stuck on how sje dismissed that my elderly aunt and my husband just got burned! I understand we all expect our plates to be hot but not to the point of burns! I think all those McDonald's lawsuits covered that! Then after dragging on the complaint while were trying to finish our food and have already said 5x no there's nothing she can get us then she offers ice.
So then my husband finally gets his food when the rest of us are either done or half done with our food and my Aunt begins to choke.
So now we've had nasty drinks, crummy food, got burned, and manager comes back with boxes and our bill and says I took off your aunts meal since your having such a bad morning.....
Thank you we've had an atrocious experience and you've comped the least costing meal but not her drink or even offered desert or anything just simply made sure you could do anything you could to speed up us getting out of the Restraunt.
I don't think I'll be going back to chili's for a long time at least not...
Read moreChili's is absolutely amazing 10/10. Amazing food, served quickly, amazing staff, availability, quality, time, environment. Everything ur looking for in a restaurant, I promise you they will meet your expectations! I went two days in a row around dinner time. Theres a bar, if you want to get some drinks. But there's also a completely different section where everyone and their families were. I seen tons of families, Dads taking their families out for dinner. You can tell this is one of their favorite places to go, huge parties, or one or two people, this place is absolutely for a variety of different people. They sat me down quickly with my best friend. Everywhere is clean and well-taken care of. The menu has so much variety of foods, soups, salads, drinks, alcohol, etc. I went two days in a row! And BOTH TIMES they brought the food out within 10-15 minutes, for two people. Not even joking!! Both times! I received my food so quickly, it was freshly made. The staff, the waiters/waitresses, the cooks, etc. You can tell they actually care, they work SO WELL together, its such an efficient, organized system they have. It works perfectly. Literally 10/10 service. The waitress always made sure i was good with a quick glance but didnt bother you constantly for no reason. They made my experience beyond any other restaurant i have gone to in my life. (A close second is any steak house lol. But they still take long). I definitely recommend this place. Whether your going by yourself, or with friends or family, this place will suit your needs. And the food is such good quality, hot, fresh, tasty. You WILL be eating those leftovers! I love it here. Lastly, they have an electronic tablet at EACH table, for people of all ages to play games on, along with checking out/paying at your own convenience!! It was super easy to just swipe my card on the tablet and leave!? I was like wow.. This place is amazing lol Definitely...
Read moreWell we went on a Friday night around 6 (waiting time was an hour which is to be expected) finally sat down at a table and ordered drinks. Before the waitress leaves, she starts touching my 1 year olds face telling him how cute he is.... never in my life have I seen someone touch a babies face when they don't even know them. My son has a heart problem and has already had 1 open heart surgery and with it being flu season we have to be very careful of getting sick. It took everything in me not to just get up and leave. On to the drinks, my brother had asked if they had beer and clamato and the waitress said yes! So my brother and mother ordered one of those. When she brought them they drinks she brought them blood Mary mix.... that's not what they asked for... anyways on to the food, it was horrible. The chicken pasta for my son was so bad he wouldn't even eat it. The chicken was like rubber, gross. The sides they give you for fajita was warm and the cheese was dry. When they brought out the refill on chips and salsa, the chips where like greasy uncooked corn tortillas. When I asked to have them replaced the girl said that she didn't think the new ones would be any different. What the hell? The first set weren't like that. Finally she took them back and brought out new ones WITH AN ATTITUDE! The whole time we were there we only saw our waitress 2 times. It got to the point were I wanted to start taking all of our dishes back to the kitchen myself. Overall the experience was horrible. You would think that a $120 spent would have at least come with okay service. We will...
