When we arrived this morning the inside of the place was empty, just as we walked in another gentlemen walked in. He made it to the line before I did and we both waited 5 to 10 minutes, there were two women working in the back and a maintace guy checking machines. We still waited. We finally decided to use the order on your own machine. I was able to place our order, but the gentle was having a hard time with the machine. He went back to the counter to try to get some help and again no one came to help him. At this time we had all been inside the store for 15 to 20 minutes total. I have 3 hungry kids with me, they were walking around asking questions. We were visible. The gentleman tried to wave at the ladies in the back but they continued to ignore us. He finally left. I waited 5 to 7 more minutes to get my order at this time they still did not act as though any one was here. My order was for dine in as it states on my receipt. When they called my order to be picked up it was in a to go bag. I had to get my own tray. And try to figure out what was what. I told the women who brought my order out, if you all are this busy you could have told us to go ahead and use the machines instead of us standing at your counter being ignored. I let her know there was a man who was having trouble using there machine and he came back to the counter for help, when you did not come he left. Her reply to me was she did not see us. That was it. She did not see us. I said we both have neen in here for at least 10 to 20 minutes you did not see us?. Jer reply was sorry we are short staffed. I apologize. This place lacks customer service skills and tries to divert responciability for there treatment of customers that spend money. If they are ok with money walking out the door, that should tell you a little about there business practices. Seems like a retraining...

0 STARS IF I COULD. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru from the time that we ordered to when we arrived at the food window. PLUS another 20 minutes prior due to long line in drive thru. They told us to pull forward because something was not ready. A girl came out and handed us a bag and mumbled something about potatoes and the fryer being down and then said "yeah so whatever" and then left. We were confused and pulled off to make sure everything was in the bag. We were missing all the potato items. Husband and sister both go to the door and calls and asks for the food to be made and brought to door. They refused to open the door because it's after business hours...even though 2 customers came in and out 30 seconds prior to them arriving at the door. The girl on the phone said we would have to wait in the drive thru line again and then get the food. I called back, she said "oh no, I told them I would bring the food. Give me 5 minutes, fryers are now fixed". I told her where we were parked and she assured me potatoes were cooking. 25 minutes later, I call back. She claims someone came out looking for us to bring food, but we were nowhere to be found. Finally after another 10 minutes, a male came out and handed us a bag of cold food and said it was all in there. Wasn't worth more of a fight to call again and ask for more food to be made. We had waited in total, an hour and 15 minutes at this place PLUS dealt with lies and attitude. Staff needs to be trained on how to work cohesively and problem solve as well as...
