As soon as I walked in the place it was as hot in there as it was outside. I got to the counter to place an order for my kids and mentioned something to the girl behind the counter about how hot it was in there. She just smiled and said okay. I ordered a hot dog kids meal and a cheeseburger kids meal. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful with me ordering my food. This was my first time being here. My order came out relatively quick but the food was not quite like the pictures. Sounds a little corny maybe but my son took one bite of his hot dog and told me that he didn't like it. My daughter took two bites of her cheeseburger and said the same thing. Honestly the hot dog look like it had been sitting on a warmer for an hour maybe even two. It was slightly shriveled-up and very greasy. The hamburger meat or steak meat whatever it was was super flat and burnt on the edges with a ton of grease. I tried a bite of it myself and spit it into a napkin. This is not the staffs fault but the food quality is absolutely under-par! The french fries were slivers and not actual french fries. They were okay once you drowned them in ketchup. We sat there for 2 minutes and my kids just wouldn't touch the food so I walked my order back to the counter and the manager gladly refunded me my money. Again not the staffs fault but the food quality was not great at all! Unless that changes I have no intentions on going back. I had a coupons for free ice cream cones for the kids and we didn't even use them. I'll just end up throwing those away unfortunately. Would give this place one star but the staff definitely pulled it up to 2. Too hot in the restaurant and the food was terrible. Sorry for the bad review but just...
Read moreI ordered two lettuce wrapped burgers as a mobile order. It said it would be ready in 9-14 minutes. I waited 20 and then proceeded to go inside to pick it up. As soon as I walk in, I hear the manager say she needs two pepperjack lettuce wrapped (that’s mine). The kid at the front counter told me I would be waiting a while because their mobile ordering messed up, I said ok no problem. At this point, I’m waiting for another 20 minutes when the kid at the front counter comes over to me and says “we’re not doing mobile orders right now so I can refund you”. At this point I’m waiting 40 minutes for 2 burgers I already paid for. He told me he would have to refund me and I would have to order and pay again inside if I wanted my food. By this point people who came in way after me and ordered inside were getting their food. I said ok. Front kid goes to the manager and says I need a refund and she rudely tells him I’m going to have to wait. I wait some more before going up to the kid again and said can you ask your manager what is going on, he says I already tried. I said GO GET HER PLEASE. She comes over and I tell her I just worked 11 hours and just want the food I paid for that I’ve been waiting almost an hour for. She then says “yeah well I have 3 kids and work 12 hours and walks away”. She immediately then starts making my burgers and doesn’t add the bacon or onion I paid extra for nor the tomatoes. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. What a poor excuse...
