Absolutely delicious - everything! Phenomenal service. Beautiful and quaint atmosphere. Every pastry was perfect, every meal was decadent, and the espresso was such a perfect pairing to the absolutely picture-perfect desserts. The owner was so incredibly lovely and tentative to every table. Her heart is obviously 100% in her work and it shows. There are many seating options depending on your mood. Sitting out by the street is so enjoyable under the umbrellas at the bistro tables. But if you are looking for some quiet, there are seats indoors for you to enjoy your coffee and croissant alone. Atmosphere: A+ The crepes were perfect. I've had plenty of thick rubbery crepes. These were perfect! Just perfect. If you're looking for something decadent and savory, the croque madame will hit the spot. And if you love toasty cheeses, try the ham and swiss croissant. I could go on and on about this place. I truly fell in love the moment we sat down. If you are considering stopping by, stop googling and just pick this place. You'll be glad you did!

Tried this place for the first time. They small tables inside and outside. Half the outside tables have umbrellas so that was really nice. The atmosphere was very French and well set up. They even had a gentlemen outside playing the accordion. Very much a “French” vibe. Started with mimosas and pastry’s. The marmalade that came with the pastry’s were wonderful! Honestly, we could have just had the pastry’s and been happy! We had the Crepe entree and the egg’s Benedict. First time having it with a pastry but it was fabulous and the egg was cooked perfectly. The host and waitress were very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are a fan of French cuisine. Will most certainly be back.

This award-winning café on Main St. Sarasota delivers exceptional taste, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service in a cozy setting with convenient parking. Open since 2016 and now with three locations, it recently earned the 2025 Best French Eateries in Florida award. Highly recommended for breakfast and lunch. In the photos : Eggs benedict w/ fruit, Croque Mademoiselle with hashbrowns, and Crêpes with banana, whipped cream and French Nutella. *NOTE* : Feel free to disregard the negative remarks from a few overly entitled individuals who think their review is worth gold. PS: Myriam is a lovely Mademoiselle ;-)

I really have to balance my previous review of Mademoiselle Paris. The first time we visited about a month ago we were thoroughly impressed with Mademoiselle French bakery and restaurant. My companion had the escargot and the beef hamburger, well I had the wild mushroom risotto. Both were perfectly prepared. The staff were helpful and attentive without being obsequious. This is one of the best French meals that I’ve had and it is on a level of Foubourg in my hometown of Montclair, New Jersey. Altogether our meal and our experience was excellent, and this is going to become one of our regular dining choices. Unfortunately, our experience this evening – the second time we’ve dined there - was not at all like the first. I had ordered the beef fillet, which was very good but my friends lamb shank was over salted to the point of being unpalatable. The French onion soup was as always excellent as were the desserts. However, the service was really very bad. It was not the fault of the waitstaff because they were obviously overworked with one waiter having to attend to a dining room that became increasingly filled as the evening wore on. From the time that we were finished with our dinner until our dessert arrived, it was at least 20 minutes or more, which seemed to drag on for eternity. Again, this was not the fault of the weight staff – they should really have had someone else on duty that evening. I’m not going to say we’re not going to dine here again, but it will most likely be for...

This place looked very intriguing with nice esthetics. I went here with my family. My wife and I ordered eggs benedicts with bacon. My son ordered a waffle (for $10! 😮). Wife’s benedict came out with the waffle. Mine came out much later after everyone was done eating. Both benedicts were between room temperature and cold. The poached eggs were not quite cooked enough. The waffle was hard, brittle, and very small. I could get one twice as good, twice the size, and half the price at other places.

I understand this place has to pay the presumably high lease being on Main St, so I understand the high prices, but I expect the quality to follow those prices. I spent $44 total for the 3 meals with no drinks.

The dessert items looked delicious and fancy, and that seems like the only thing that might be great about this place. I realize it’s only been open for 4 months, so I hope it can improve with time. I can’t see myself going back again anytime soon, especially when Coffee Carousel is just...
