I strongly believe that everyone can have a bad day. People have all kinds of things going on in their lives, so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. So, here’s what happened in this store this afternoon....I asked for a sample of the Natura Bisse diamond eye cream. It sells for $175. I asked the lady (whom I overheard was the manager... a heavyset blond lady) if I could try a sample of it before I bought it. I have other moisturizers from this line. She rudely says “NO”, so I ask if she could make me up a small sample in a little container as they do in every other store. She again refused, and rudely walked away. This is the second time I have encountered this lady in this store. She has not been friendly nor helpful each occasion and just downright rude. There is no reason for this kind of behavior in a retail setting or any type of business. I have seldom written reviews, but I feel in this instance, I should. Perhaps the upper management will speak to this individual and explain the importance of how to treat customers. Not sure if I will return to shop at...
Read moreThis was my second visit to Bluemercury, and once again, I was warmly greeted by Inna—a true gem. I meant to leave a review after my first visit (which was excellent), but it somehow got lost in the abyss, so I’m making up for it now.
For the record, I’m a male who takes skincare seriously, and I’ve been purchasing products through Bluemercury while working closely with Inna. She has been exceptional—genuinely warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly, and her authentic, no-pressure approach makes shopping here a real pleasure.
As a bonus, during yesterday’s visit, I also met Rachael, a representative from another skincare brand, and she was equally delightful and informative. Together, they ensured I left with the correct information and products to keep my skincare routine on track.
