The website wouldn't accept my credit card, their app wouldn't accept my credit card, so I called and spoke to the owner, told me there wasn't anything that she could do about that and told me to call corporate. I was unaware that I was an employee of CRUMBL cookie. Rather than be an advocate for her customer she refused to take any kind of personal responsibility for the failure of their website and app. I actually went in and ordered the cookies because my wife had wanted them and has cancer and my credit card work just fine in the store. This is a complete failure all around. Corporate should have had their website and at working and the franchise owner should have had some basic customer service skills. As I entered the store, they didn't even greet me, even though there are only one other person besides myself in the store. When I ordered, the muddy buddy cookie that they brought didn't have Chex or powdered sugar on it and had to have them go add it. They just have an I don't care attitude there and based on the other reviews of this place, the customer service issues are never going to be resolved. I won't be visiting their shop anytime soon, let's be honest, I won't set foot in this location again. I would recommend to those who are going to this organization that they go to the Lehi location instead of this one. Rushed down and got my strawberry shortcake. So excited, until I got in the car and realized there was very little strawberries on it. I pulled up the app and it showed a nice layer of strawberries on top and in the middle. So I walked back inside and asked if I could have more strawberries to make it look like the picture. Her response was frustrating: âWe are out of it. We were running low so we started putting less on so we could make it go further.â Excuse me? Make them correctly and then stop when you run out. Donât thin out your ingredients just to sell more with poor quality. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to, but then I took them anyway because I had family back at home waiting to try them.
