Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Saratoga Springs

You have an employee that is extremely rude. I had spent the day with my mom doing funeral arrangements for my grandpa. We were both so busy and emotionally drained that we realized we hadn’t ate for over 24 hours. Decided to go to noodles and co and thought we would call in to order so we could hurry and get our food cause we still had a lot to do with such limited time. The girl on the phone was very rude had to repeat the order multiple times, took me over 20 minutes to get my order in with this girl. By the time she finally got our order down I had already drove to the restaurant and pulled into a pick up spot. She then asked me how I would want to pay for that order. I told her REPEATEDLY that I was already there so I’ll just come in and pay. She told me that if I don’t pay over the phone that she will delete our order and I’ll have to go in and restart. Frustrated I just paid over the phone. After I paid she then asked when I would be there.... I HAD ALREADY TOLD HER REPEATEDLY THAT I WAS ALREADY THERE. So I told her that I was already here in such and such stall TWICE MORE. She then with attitude told me ya I got it and I comprehend. I asked when the order would be ready and she said 15 minutes and we will BRING IT OUT TO YOU.... so much for trying to make this a quick trip... so I waited in my car for over 20 minutes finally got sick of waiting went in and saw my order by the door. At this point I just grabbed my food and left to keep Myself from yelling at her... and to top it all off the food was cold... Used to love going there but just thinking about getting food from you guys annoys me to my core at this point 🤷‍♀️😂

Update: had a friend that just went there employees were also rude to him and they messed up all 3...

My husband and I decided to try this establishment. We had heard good things but those individuals must have eaten at a different restaurant. When we walked in there were only 4 tables in which to eat if you were dining in. We live 15 minutes from the restaurant so when we go out we always eat there so that our food isn’t cold. The cashier was so friendly and helpful with some allergen questions. She efficiently took our order and directed us to a set of chairs to wait in while we waited on our food. We waited at least 20 min. The young girl behind the register came out and apologized about the wait. I told her no problem because there’s no where for us to sit yet. She pointed to two tall tables in the back of the restaurant and said, you can sit there. It will be ok. Because although those two tables were 6ft from the other table, they were marked off. So we went to eat, some guy working who didn’t say a word to us went and picked up a chair walked towards us and slammed it upside down on the table behind us. It was incredibly passive aggressive and I professional. He should have approached us if there was a problem. It was done in such a way that everyone in the restaurant watched and heard. My husbands noodles were so soggy he felt like he was just eating mush. Aside from the young lady in front we had a horrible experience and based on the lack of customer service by the other staff members. We won’t...

So I don’t often write reviews the first time I have a bad experience, I Usually give the Restaurant the benefit of the doubt, could’ve been an off night. Somebody could’ve called out especially with Covid. But this is probably my fourth or fifth time with a bad experience at this restaurant. Not only are they consistently out of certain things. But they most often or close somehow on Friday and Saturday nights. My husband and I have been there three times probably in the last couple of months. And two times they were completely closed with no note on the door as to explain why they’re closed when it says open. Or they have opened up late and had us wait an extra five minutes outside until they actually opened up. No note on the front main door, but they put one on the side that I didn’t see around the corner. I don’t know if we just keep hitting bad luck but there needs to be some more explanation as to why you’re not open. My Husband and daughter just got ready for a date night and she’s four years old and she was extremely excited to get your animal mac & cheese. But tonight apparently it’s all close down and nobody is there and there’s no note explaining what happened. So they have now driven to South Jordan which is the next closest noodles and Company to us. I would just like to see your store more...
