I ordered a pizza at 4:36pm online. I received an email stating it was ready and I went in to pick it up and it looked burned, for the second time we ordered from them recently. The gentleman (who refused to give me his name) said we can make you another one. I sat and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, when I was told it would take 10 minutes. Then I asked if my order was almost ready to the same gentleman and he said “I’m not asking you” and points to the customer behind me to help them” Then proceeds to check if another worker put the pizza in to be remade. Guess what? They never put the pizza in!!! How? How does that happen??? I swore and got upset in the store at the gentleman that I asked if he was the manager and he said yes, I again asked for his name and he refused and said “leave” your not getting my name and issued me a refund and demanded that I leave the store. Then I called and a woman answered who said she is the acting closing manager and she saw what happened and it wa smh fault. Then hung up on me mid sentence. I’ve never been treated so poorly in all my life. This place is a joke and should be shut down for health violations and poor service. Wash your hands and wear gloves next time. I also received a copy of someone else’s receipt. I will include it in my pictures.

The cashier asked my name, went and looked for the pizza, and said that it wasn't ready yet. So I sat down with my 5 year old and waited. And waited. And waited. I finally stood back up after about 10 minutes and she said that they needed to re-cook one of my items and that it would only be about 7 minutes. By the time they FINALLY got my food finished, it was 5:15. I took a screenshot of my phone showing the Domino's tracker saying the order was finished at 4:49 but that they didn't actually hand it to me until 5:15. Nearly 30 minutes late. And keep in mind, I have my 5 year old there and I'm trying to keep him calm this whole time. The worst part? When the worker finally gives my the food 30 minutes late, there was no explanation, no apology, no acknowledgement for the delay. Really disappointing experience from this local Domino's team.

We entered the store at 12:24 pm. As soon as we entered the first question we asked was are they still accepting the orders. When they said yes we said sorry for coming that late to order. Then we started ordering the pizza. We were asking for a pizza and giving our specifications regarding the meat( we don’t eat meat) and removing some of the toppings. On the other hand other employee started making the pizza. When we said we don’t want meat he threw the pizza into the bin with a rash gesture in-front of us and came to the counter and then asked us to leave. Then we asked the person to let us know the reason behind why he is not ready to give us food.

Yes, we know that dominos have the right to refuse service but what wrong we have done at that moment to get refused if service.

Is it wrong that we asked initially if they are still taking orders?

or

Is it wrong to apologize for coming late and ordering?

or

Is it wrong that we don’t eat meat?

He called 911 and informed them that we are asked to leave and we are not ready to leave. We just wanted to know the exact reason why we were asked to leave.

He also mentioned to the 911 that we are mid black people. And mentioned that we are Indians. So what’s wrong on our color or country where we come from to decide for him to refuse service for us.

I have all the proofs (video recordings) of that person asking us to leave and refusing service to us without any specific reason at a business hour that is mentioned in the website.

When the cops came to the location and when they listened to our side of the story they apologized for the wrong behavior of the DOMINOS employee. That is how a good gentleman would be. I suppose who respects people will always be respected.

On conclusion I wanted to know if this is how dominos wants their employees to treat customers or is this the way domino’s...

Absolutely the WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE!!! Delivery driver was the rudest person i think I've ever met and cancelled our delivery because their wasn't a tip amount on the receipt, and after telling her we typically tip in cash but wouldn't be tipping her for her rude behavior she proceeded to insult my wife and i over a $12 tip on $24 order saying it wouldn't be enough for her to care. When i called to speak with the store manager, i was even more surprised. Not only was he rude, but he was completely incompetent when it came to handling the situation. I told him we would pay for it in-store rather then continue to deal with the stores delivery driver. Literally as im walking into the store, i could hear the manager screaming at the other customers and staff. when i actually went into the store to pay for my order, i noticed The store is insanely DIRTY, like they haven't cleaned the store for a week dirty. All the trash cans were over flowing, counters and tables all had sticky soda spots covering them. And on top of all that, not a single staff member was wearing gloves. I could literally see them handling chicken pepperoni and ham bare handed. Touching multiple orders... Absolute nightmare dealing with this dominoes location. I didnt even stay to pay for my order. If this is how Dominoes does business, you're probably better off spending you're hard earned money elsewhere and avoiding the potential food poisoning you're definitely going to get from eating here... And to the very unhelpful store manager of this location, i really really hope you get the help you need. You're very obviously on something and i hope you find the...

DO NOT ORDER HERE - I placed an order and after over an hour I called and was informed by rep that my pizza was on the way. 30 minutes later my food arrived cold and the pizza was half covered. I noticed I was not given our Alfredo pasta. I called the store to let them know. I was told the driver tried to call before he left (she forgot she talked to me as the driver was leaving). When the driver arrived my wife greeted him at the door (was not contactless). The driver made no mention of the shorted item. The lady informed me that she could not issue refund unless she cancelled entire order and I gave my card information over the phone. I paid with paypal originally for my order but she informed it was not an option to refund to my account. The cowardly manager didn’t take the call. I called back and the manager answered. I explained again my situation. He said he had no way to give my refund unless I produced a credit card. Again which was not used for original purchase. They refused to provide a refund for the missing item. I asked the manager for his name and store number and he hung up. I called back again and a man named Guy answered. I explained that the manager hung up on me and I would like his name. He said hold on, put me on hold, and 30 seconds later the call was picked up and hung up again.
