We entered the store at 12:24 pm. As soon as we entered the first question we asked was are they still accepting the orders. When they said yes we said sorry for coming that late to order. Then we started ordering the pizza. We were asking for a pizza and giving our specifications regarding the meat( we don’t eat meat) and removing some of the toppings. On the other hand other employee started making the pizza. When we said we don’t want meat he threw the pizza into the bin with a rash gesture in-front of us and came to the counter and then asked us to leave. Then we asked the person to let us know the reason behind why he is not ready to give us food.
Yes, we know that dominos have the right to refuse service but what wrong we have done at that moment to get refused if service.
Is it wrong that we asked initially if they are still taking orders?
or
Is it wrong to apologize for coming late and ordering?
or
Is it wrong that we don’t eat meat?
He called 911 and informed them that we are asked to leave and we are not ready to leave. We just wanted to know the exact reason why we were asked to leave.
He also mentioned to the 911 that we are mid black people. And mentioned that we are Indians. So what’s wrong on our color or country where we come from to decide for him to refuse service for us.
I have all the proofs (video recordings) of that person asking us to leave and refusing service to us without any specific reason at a business hour that is mentioned in the website.
When the cops came to the location and when they listened to our side of the story they apologized for the wrong behavior of the DOMINOS employee. That is how a good gentleman would be. I suppose who respects people will always be respected.
On conclusion I wanted to know if this is how dominos wants their employees to treat customers or is this the way domino’s...

Delivery driver was the rudest person i think I've ever met and cancelled our delivery because their wasn't a tip amount on the receipt, and after telling her we typically tip in cash but wouldn't be tipping her for her rude behavior she proceeded to insult my wife and i over a $12 tip on $24 order saying it wouldn't be enough for her to care. I could literally see them handling chicken pepperoni and ham bare handed. Touching multiple orders... Absolute nightmare dealing with this dominoes location. I didnt even stay to pay for my order. Read moreDO NOT ORDER HERE - I placed an order and after over an hour I called and was informed by rep that my pizza was on the way. 30 minutes later my food arrived cold and the pizza was half covered. I noticed I was not given our Alfredo pasta. I called the store to let them know. I was told the driver tried to call before he left (she forgot she talked to me as the driver was leaving). When the driver arrived my wife greeted him at the door (was not contactless). The driver made no mention of the shorted item. The lady informed me that she could not issue refund unless she cancelled entire order and I gave my card information over the phone. I paid with paypal originally for my order but she informed it was not an option to refund to my account. The cowardly manager didn’t take the call. I called back and the manager answered. I explained again my situation. He said he had no way to give my refund unless I produced a credit card. Again which was not used for original purchase.
