I used to go here all the time a couple years ago in school and the service was great then, had a guy who knew me by face and had my order memorized, he was awesome. recently the service has been really terrible. I typically order ahead in the app so I know there should be no way of miscommunication, but somehow almost every time my order comes out entirely wrong. I've gotten there 10 minutes after placing my order for a single drink, seen it empty of customers, and still had to wait 5-10 more minutes just watching the baristas talk to each other. I used to do food service so I know it sucks and is hard and once or twice its been excusable as maybe a bad day but its all but one time I've gone there in the past couple months, and I can handle a few wrong orders and bad service but now I draw the line because when my mom picked it up for me on her way home they got it wrong, and gave my extra whipped cream order the light whipped cream treatment and a flat top, and when my mom asked for a dome lid they gave her the worst attitude like it was so horrible to ask the guy to do his job. used to want to tip my regular barista but couldn't bc of store policy, now glad I don't have to pretend to want to tip these current workers. Read moreI have never in my life given a bad review, but today I feel like it because this needs to stop. Today was a really bad experience, I didn’t even finish my order because of the bad service. I went inside and the lady didn’t even try to say hello or anything , not even a smile, when I was very nice to her. And the whole time she was responding to me very rude and like if I was bothering her by doing my order. They were not busy at all by the way they were chatting and laughing and I was their only customer at the moment. And while I was ordering my drinks she was looking at me weird, not my face but my body. I didn’t complain at all, I just respectfully told her I was not ready with my order and that I was gonna come back, so I just left.

I was hoping she would be helpful when ordering. I've heard people talk about what they order and it seems complicated. It looked like they just had a couple of options for hot chocolate so we just ordered one of each. I think they could be the type of place with a secret menu that would make your experience better if you knew what to order. The hot chocolate was SUPER hot! Like wasn't drinkable for a long time. They didn't have the small sipping straws. Is that a thing there? We didn't like the taste at all. The mint was too minty and the regular tasted like it had enough chocolate powder for multiple cups.
