The Burger Den — Restaurant in Saratoga Springs

Spend $60 on two milkshakes and two burgers… the milkshakes were pretty good not $7 good… the burgers where absolutely terrible. The buns were soggy the burger it’s self was super dry no flavor at all. The fries where terrible super soggy and not much flavor. This place is absolutely terrible I will never order from here again not to mention they didn’t make the food tell 1:30 minutes after I ordered it the door dash guy waited there for 45 minutes and when he asked what was taking so long or when he would get the food the employees then proceeded to get irritated at him for asking about the wait time… absolutely terrible customer service and even worse food and wait times I will never go back to this place or order from it and I suggest you do the same it was a complete waste of money and time! (P.s. I’ve never left a bad review on any restaurant in my life but I think this place 100% deserves one)...

So, this is really the local Denny's. I don't appreciate the misdirection, and their website didn't disclose that this was simply Denny's. On to the review - I ordered two (2) milkshakes, one was chocolate and the other strawberry. They were very good. I also ordered the Double the Fun burger with a side of beer battered onion rings. I received four (4) soggy, flavorless onion rings, really disappointing. The burger was blah, It was pretty greasy and the bun was also soggy. I spent $31 on a mostly unsatisfying meal. Never going back again. Frankly, given the misdirection, I may not patronize Denny's...

This place is great. Burgers delicious and shakes delicious. Don’t be turned off because it’s at a Dennys restaurant.

The Burger Den and Meltdown are virtual brands created by Dennys. In the era of DoorDash, this is becoming a more common practice. However, the food isn’t what you’d expect from a typical Denny’s experience.

They are really focusing on using high quality ingredients and flexing their strengths like burgers and shakes. Give it a shot, don’t be turned off automatically!
