I was at the laundromat next door to the dominos in a saukville on May 5, 2024. Around 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm.While I was there handling my business I was also editing a video on my for my YouTube channel. My content requires me to voice record so I went out into the parking lot to get away from the noise around. There was a subway across from the dominos and there was no cars nearby so I went over there to record. The subway and the dominos are in the same plaza so I was still in the parking lot but just a little more on the subway side. So as I'm recording I see a Dominos delivery driver who's name I found out later was "Paul." He was loading up and leaving to deliver apparently. So as he rode by he slowed all the way down for no apparent reason as though he was watching me. I was confused and I starred at the car as though he was going to stop and ask me something. Then he pulled off to go where ever he was going and I resumed recording my video. After about 15 minutes I saw him pull back up to the dominos and I thought nothing of it. I was done recording the video and I was ready to be uploaded so I started walking back towards the Laundromat. As I approached the Laundromat I noticed the Same employee paul and another employee who's name I later learned was Lenny. Both of them were starring and pointing at me with the most menacing and angry looks that you could imagine. They appeared to be talking about what I was doing because I saw them point to where I was standing when I was recording my video. So when I was near the laundromat I ask what was the issue? I didn't want there to be any misunderstanding on what I was doing so I ask why they were so upset? They immediately opened the door and approached me in a very aggressive manner. Lenney was about 6 foot 3 and well over 280lb and Paul was about 170 at 5 foot 8 inches. They were trying to fight and jump me at the same time. It was a two on one. I was still confused as to what the issue was so I became a little irritated by their disrespect. They came outside of the restaurant and got in my face for no good reason. Then as I walked into the Laundromat They followed me still trying to fight. At that point I tried to de-escalate the situation. I was out numbered and you never know the mental state of some of these people nowadays. They were in uniform on the clock following a person trying to fight me and the situation didn't even start in the restaurant. Why are they walking out harassing people like that. As I tried to de-escalate it they insisted on fighting. They kept yelling. It's real easy to be tough when there's two against one. I'm only 175 at 5 foot 11. The bigger guy was enough already. So being the rational and reasonable person I am, I tried to walk away. Paul yelled into my face "I'm from the north side!" He was referring to the north side of Milwaukee,WI where there is a lot of violence. So I guess he felt as though he had to be tough because he works in the suburbs. For the record I'm from the North side too but I have a choice on rather I throw my life over nonsense or not. I was trying to reason with them but they were stubborn. I said they were at work and they shouted that they didn't care about the job.which is kind of odd considering how the whole situation started. If your ready to crash out over something that small you need to seriously reevaluate your life. So I kept reasoning with them and they finally backed off. Then they turned around and left the laundromat. They were apparently planning on attacking me in the laundromat. How would they be able to explain that to the cops? The video will clearly show that they walked out of the dominos and followed me into the laundromat. They were in full uniform and on the clock. They just acted completely off emotions. It's sad that we have people like that in our society. If I didn't handle that situation like an adult, who knows how it would have played out. They acted so tough but the toughest gangsters are locked away doing life for crimes not working at a local dominos in...
Read moreThis review is for the technical issues that Dominoes has, nothing related to customer service or delivery. I have had issues ordering on the app as well as the website to the point they have "kidnapped" my $$ , hundreds of $$$ at a time because when their website or app has issues processing while trying to place an order, it charges your card EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. even though the dang order doesn't go through but you certainly are charged like it did. Then, your money is held from your account until the MULTIPLE charges "fall off". So, you are without your money for days. And god forbid you try and get a hold of anyone; if you do reach someone at the store, they obviously cant help you because they have nothing to do with technical issues, but of course, they have no ph# for corporate so you can try and get ahold of someone. Any other websites I order from when there is a problem processing an order DOES NOT charge your card. Seems pretty fishy that this ONLY happens with ONE company. What a crappy time of year for Dominos to be holding almost $300 from my bank acct until the "bad" charges fall off. And yes, I called the bank and there is nothing they can do--no, cant file fraud charges unless the charges actually go through. The issue is they hold your money hostage until the...
Read moreTERRIBLE customer service. I had placed on online order through the website and payed with PayPal. I followed the order through the text link and when it showed the order was ready, I went into the store. I gave my name to the person at the counter. He looked around and stated he could not find my order. I showed him my PayPal email receipt, the city showed as the local city but the street address didn't match. The employee said the order was at that store (which was 30+ minutes away) and I would need to contact them to request the order to be cancelled. I left and went to a local store and grabbed some frozen pizzas. I looked more at the order and it actually was at the local Domino's. I went back to Domino's and showed the employee the order. He looked again and found the order ready to go. I had the frozen pizzas in my car and just wanted the Dominos order cancelled. As it was busy and they were understaffed, I had to wait over 5 minutes for the manager to assist me. I was extremely frustrated at the front counter employee as my order had been there all along (and we really wanted Dominos). The manager cancelled the PayPal transaction but didn't apologize. There was zero accountability for the mistake for...
