We went in the evening and it was very slow. Me, my husband and a sweet older lady in front of us in line. We were not greeted with smiling faces or happy gestures. Two employees were very rude in trying to rush the three of us while we were looking through the flavors, if you have ever been there they have plenty to choose from. The employees behind the counter asked each of us 3-4 times if we were ready (mind you there was no one else in the store waiting and it was a slow night in town all together) one the flavors were picked we got rang out. No thank you not a smiling face one. Just pure rush from the young ladies behind the counter. We then got well over charged and when we questioned it we got nothing but lash back and denial. This is the first bad experience I’ve had in all the years coming here. I have a hard time seeing myself back in this establishment anytime soon. I would hate to own a business knowing that this is how employees act when at work in a place that should be full of enjoyment. I understand everyone has their days but of 4 people behind the counter not one was friendly and willing to help or have any bit of...

This was a Fun place to stop. We were visiting Sault Ste Marie with friends and stopped in here for a little sweet treat after hiting several of the Gift shops on the Main drag across from Soo Locks. Inside we found just what we were looking for … a large colorful selection of Ice Creams, Sorbets, Fudge, Cookies, and pastries and a nice set of booths to sit and enjoy our treats.

The ice creams were really good and not too expensive and served up on waffle cones that were freshly made there at the shop. It was neat watching them make the waffle cones and our friends enjoying eating them and then ice cream … you would have thought they were newlyweds. (Oops they are). Slipped in a couple of samples of fudge while there as well … which was tasty but a little hard (not quite melt in your mouth fresh fudge). If you are thirsty they also have a nice assortment of shakes and floats to take care of that too. Worth the stop at an overall 3.5 Stars bumped up to a 4 Star score...

Horrible service, rudest employees, terrible and overpriced products. If the service doesnt shy you away, well i threw mine away, it was that bad. The fudge looked good, but the ice cream was horrible and ridiculously overpriced, and after we paid in advance it was given to us and it was such a mess we asked for new containers, and when tasted it was so bad we asked for at least a partial refund and were laughed at. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Because of this horrible experience, i will never purchase anything...
