Poor service and even worse staff. I work for publix, so anywhere I go my customer service standards are high but my experience was unexceptional. My sister and her wedding party of ten went here the end of June 2017 and we were seated in the back area. Their were mop heads and mop buckets hanging over the fence and sitting alongside the fence as well. I already did not want to go but didn't want to spoil everyone's breakfast. We were seated around 1130am and did not leave until around 2pm. It was a waiter who talked very low and with a nonchalant attitude. We ordered soft drinks with water, it took forever to bring the soft drinks (which were can drinks) but forgot everyone's water. After 2-3 trips, finally we received our water in Styrofoam cups. Then my aunt ordered biscuits for the tables, we ordered our food. It took 45 mins for them to bring out the first plate. They bought out one or two plates at a time, until finally all the plates came out. All the orders were missing an side item of toast or biscuits or their meal was completely wrong. My plate came out wrong as well and was taken back inside to be remade. At the end, no one still got their toast or biscuits that they ordered with the meal but he bought out four biscuits as we were getting ready to go and after everyone had eaten, my meal STILL was not brought to me. As we were leaving and the others were paying, the owner was just handing me my meal for to go. The service sucked ass, the waiter was slow, nonchalant, and just acted like he just didn't give a damn. My meal of course ended up being free because I wasn't able to eat with everyone else so I was not going to pay. So the owner gave my sister (the bride's) meal for free too. The owner was nice who came to the back patio area to chit chat with everyone about where they were from and what brought them to savannah as we were waiting for the food but my guess is the staff is family or friends and they are ruining her place of business. Everyone is not cut out to be a waiter and you can't help your family all the time, mixing business with family. The food was great but the service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I would never recommend or revisit unless she has new staff and a bigger place. Every thing was plastic or Styrofoam (utensils & cups), I guys to cut costs but needs to cut...
Read moreThe customer service was atrocious, and the quality of food did not atone for the disrespectful staff. Customers who arrived well after us were seated, served, and received food before we received food. Our initial waiter resorted to grunts and non-verbal communication instead of using words and eye contact to effectively communicate. At some point, he virtually disappeared and our service was taken over by a woman who did not make matters any better. In fact, she escalated matters when we asked to speak to a manager. She was verbally combative and her tone was unacceptable being that she was supposed to be answering customer concerns. At one point, she literally asked "Do y'all want the food or not?" Members of the party asked for their food to go because we were still waiting for food items. The only person who seemed interested in assisting us was a cook who continued to ask us from behind the counter if we were doing okay, which she had been doing since we arrived because other customers were not getting what they needed. Overall, the experience was extremely unacceptable, and again, the food did not make up for the offensive lack of customer service.
Response based on owner feedback: Your response makes my point for me. You are still arguing with a customer... online... for the world to see. You are also functioning off of a skewed reality because at no point did I have an attitude. I maintained low volume, used an appropriate speaking tone, and said "please" and "thank you" at every point possible. My meal was paid for because of the demeanor of members of the staff and the mismanagement of proper service. As long as your establishment continues to fail at the basics of customer service, meals will continue to be given out for free. I do not take for granted the gesture of paying for my meal. I appreciate it greatly....

This is my third time here, the first time was amazing but the second time was a major fail I won’t speak on what I found in the food because I immediately got sick and couldn’t take a picture. They say third times a charm but it wasn’t. I ordered my salmon croquettes breakfast and I only ate 25%, my friend didn’t care too much for his food and our biscuits were dry and burnt. We didn’t complain about anything but we asked them to replace the biscuits kindly and they said they couldn’t. I thought that was outrageous and I probably won’t be back.
FIRST REVIEW: I've been wanting to try Narobia's for a couple of months and finally got the chance. It was pretty much packed when we arrived but in my opinion the food came out relatively quick considering the amount of people waiting.
I ordered the Salmon Croquette breakfast that comes with eggs and either grits/hashbrown/home style potatoes and a couple other options. The Salmon Patty took me back to my grandmas table and it genuinely filled my heart with joy. The amount of love in everything we ate was overflowing.
The cheese grits with real cheddar was great and the eggs weren't too bad. The pancakes were some of the best I've ever had (and I don't really like pancakes). They were fluffy and crispy around the edges with a great amount of butter. The BISCUITS stole the show for me, I was only able to take a bite (packed it to go, went to reheat my food and dropped the biscuit along with my pride).
Needless to say I'm going back ASAP because I need a rematch with my biscuit and I want to try more things on their menu.
You won't be disappointed, but don't rush good food and don't let the wait make you...
