This is the most unorganized or professional Wendy's I've ever been to! The drive-through worker was overly flamboyant and excessively loud over the speaker. He was using such a vulgar language and joking and laughing all while holding up the line that was already wrapped around the building! The three cars that were ahead of the car in front of me had already been taken care of giving their food and gone while he was still wasting time and joking around with the car in front of me. I was doing an Uber delivery I had already been waiting in line over 30 minutes and while they were joking and playing around I politely went around the car because I have been sitting behind her or at least 7 minutes while she's supposedly placed her order. There was no one in front of her so as I was going around to ask if it was okay if I just picked up my Uber order the guys yells out the window and says oh no honey you can do that I got to check you in. I was like I've been sitting here forever and I have a uber order to pick up on top of another delivery to pick up after I grab this food the rude female worker yes oh hell no she needs to go back around. I was like so when I get to the speaker you're just going to tell me to drive to the window anyway so why can't I just drive to the window and grab my order so I sat there about 3 more minutes while he finished taking the lady order and then he asked me for the name of my Uber and instructed me to go to the front the whole time the female worker is yelling for me to go back around which I refuse to if it wasn't for the oldest gentleman stepping in and filling the order because she was refusing to I would have canceled the order because I was not going to go back around and get in that long line that was already in the street! Every time I come to this Wendy's to pick up my order it is unorganized, unruly, extremely slow, and unprofessional! It's only when I come to that Wendy's on Martin Luther King boulevard in Savannah Georgia at night I don't have that issue with the daytime crew. I made a complaint with Uber because this is just ridiculous! Read moreI recently stopped at Wendy’s to dine in with my kids after a long day of driving through the country. We were exhausted and starving, so I placed my order at the kiosk. My order was approved, and I was charged over $40 for food for myself and my children. Unfortunately, the kiosk system glitched, and my order was never processed properly even though payment was taken.
When I went to the counter for help, the manager, Arkeela, told me there was nothing she could do. Not only was she dismissive and unhelpful, but her tone and behavior came across as completely unprofessional and racially biased. She claimed she could not access kiosk orders or provide a refund, which is untrue. Instead, I was forced to reorder and pay for the food a second time just so my children under the age of 10 could eat.
As a military veteran, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of care, respect, and customer service. I even had to contact my bank to dispute the charge, which led to my card being canceled while I was still on the road. I have photo evidence of the kiosk glitch, the approved order, and the second receipt showing I had to pay twice.

Special instructions included no salt on the fries and no onions, pickles, and light ketchup, mayo, and mustard.
So of course because you just can't get anything done right at fast food restaurants it came out wrong. Salted fries but at least the salt wasn't overdone so I let that slide. My first bite of the burger had onion and I didn't even look for pickles. Seemed to be a normal burger.
When I went to the counter I told the counter employee it was wrong and had onion she turned to someone and told him to build a new burger, "He says thenore's omnions on here." I described how I wanted it and all I wanted was to get it like I ordered it. The girl said, "I don't got time for this." and called the manager over. He proceeded to make me feel like I did something wrong. All I wanted was a burger made like I asked.
