I've never had such a terrible experience at a KFC. I went there with my mom today and we ordered, receiving check number 83.
After getting our drinks, we sat down to wait. A lady comes out with a bag and announces "Number 82!" and I do not go up since that is not my number. Over the next 5 minutes, she calls out "82" a few more times, the whole time leaving the bag on the counter.
Eventually the woman who took my order comes up, looks at the bag, and announces "number 83!" Which is my number. It has been a good ten minutes by then, with my food getting cold on the counter. I explain that my number was 83 but that this bag had been announced as 82 for a while.
She got defensive, starting how it couldn't be 82 since she herself gave out 82. I said again that it had been sitting here for 10 minutes and had been announced as 82 repeatedly. The people at the table near the counter spoke up to reinforce that "82" had been said.
The woman refused to relent, and at no point offered anything, even when I said that I was very upset and that my food had been sitting there getting cold all this time. Hey only response was to ask me if I wanted dipping sauces, and when I said no, because I was not about to eat cold food, she just said ok and walked off.
No offer of money back or a discount, no offer to remake food, no care at all that a customer was having a very bad experience. Not even a sorry.
I've always been complementary in reviews, not liking to leave negative ones, but this ruined the only meal I can afford today and also ruined my mom's day out.
I'm done here. Mistakes happen, sometimes things take longer than once expects, and that is normal. Not giving a care at all when a customer is unhappy with the service, and just having that kind of disregard, is a total deal breaker.
I shall...
Read moreI would NOT recommend this location for anyone i even remotely liked. Kentucky Fried NIGHTMARE is more like it! They consistently take an average of 25-30 minutes AFTER the “ready for pickup” time provided to customers. You won’t get an apology or even acknowledgement by employees for a minimum of 20 minutes after you start saying “Hey, can you/ someone help me?” I just stood in front of the register, staring at my already prepared meal that’s sitting on the counter directly in front of me, not under any heat lamps, for 30 minutes before someone made eye contact and mumbled incoherently. I had to slowly repeat myself multiple times and point to the bag clearly labeled with my name. Then, he was about to saunter off again before giving me my drink, which he double checked to ensure i really DID purchase a beverage, before wordlessly sliding it across the space between us. Then, he walked away, presumably to do absolutely nothing.
The level of unprofessionalism customers experience at this location is absolutely disgraceful. Anyone who’s made the egregious error of choosing this KFC knows this type of situation occurs all the time. There’s no one bad interaction or bad day, simply untrained, apathetic, unprofessional, and seemingly entitled young folks with zero respect or consideration for the very customers they are hired to serve. They should honestly all be fired and a qualified workforce hired in their places! Qualified at the very least meaning that they’re WILLING TO DO THEIR JOB and in a timely manner.
The picture below is of what’s potentially blood, right in front of the very dirty men’s bathroom....
Read moreThe stuff in this 'restaurant' were absolutely ridiculously rude on both occasions I've gone. the first time was a Friday night and they had a young girl working at the front counter taking orders and then packing them up and handing them out. Obviously on a Friday evening they were rather busy. The shift leader at the time was a male around 30, and aside from being outright rude to the customers had that teenage girl damn near tears screaming at her because she didn't know what she was doing. Who put someone on a counter to train in the middle of the busiest rush of the week?! I was horrified, as well as other customers in the lobby.... I walked out without my food after I already paid for it because it took everything in me not to spit in the little jerks face. I told the girl she should walk out and go find some place that would appreciate her.... Fast for a couple weeks later and I figured I would give it another shot, I ordered two $5 boxes and some random things from taco Bell and after 9 minutes ask the cashier if I could just have my money back that I couldn't wait anymore and that she stood there looking at me like I was speaking in another language and said let me try to find a manager... walked aimlessly behind the counter, I waited about 4 more minutes and walked out again. So 2 for 2🙄 I'm sure the food is fine, if you can actually get your hands on it... But with the staff like...
