Food- excellent Atmosphere- there was a timer going off on an oven and the worker must have had molasses stuck to her feet for how slow she moved. Like there weren’t paying customers expecting to order food, easily or eat peacefully. I’m on vacation with my family for my 30th birthday and I’m not a morning person. But, I researched the area and picked places to go to specifically based on reviews and menu options. However, either the cashier was sleepwalking or on her first day because she looked like a fish out of water.
To get her to acknowledge us I thought I’d have to light off a firecracker. I’m not even sure if she greeted us when we approached her. (She wasn’t busy with anything, literally standing in one spot staring ahead.) Then we started to order and she had us repeat our orders three times but not by asking that of us. She just repeated the question “2 or 4?” Not communicating 2 or 4 of what until my partner said “2 or 4 what,” rather loudly. This all made me feel like a bother to this establishment; like a customer coming into a restaurant two minutes before close ordering food for dine in.

Read moreMy experience with their catering was an absolute disaster. I set the pick up for 10:15 AM and I even placed the order the day before. They were 45 minutes late preparing my catering order, which in turn caused me to be late to the client I was catering for.
I am reasonable and understand I had a very large order, but when a customer brings up to your staff the situation and you rudely shrug it off and say "we are working on your order now" that shows me that you clearly don't value my time or my business (this catering order was over $500 worth of food).
The final thing that happened, which probably bugs me the most, is one of the employees told me he would speak to the manager and I would receive a phone call or email in regards to the situation and if they could give me a refund on a portion of my order or make things right they would. Well, that never happened.

Read moreOrdered a sandwich and panini to go. Service was quick and accurate. Still crispy and warm after a ten minute drive. The fruit cups were fresh and tasty and even at noon the pastry selection was varied.
I didn't stay to dine in, but I did enjoy the atmosphere. I'm a sucker for the black and white tile flooring though, I just think it's cute. There's a bench to wait on if you order to go.
The panini I had was very tasty and filling without feeling greasy or heavy. Bit of a longer wait than a drive thru but felt much better after compared to a burger and fries.
The only thing I didn't like (which doesn't merit a loss in stars) is the parking lot half closed because of repaving. They share a lot with another restaurant, so it fills up quickly.
