I had scheduled an order for pick up for 1:45pm. Our flight arrived early and we stopped in to see if our order could be made early. They let us know that because it was busy, they would only be able to make it once they helped everyone else first, which was understandable. We arrived at 12:50pm. At 1:27pm we came up to the register and we were asking what we ordered, meaning they saw us waiting 30 minutes and didnt even bother to try to fit it in. We got our order at 1:39pm. If they could have been honest about the fact that they would not make my order until my initially scheduled time, I would have just left. Instead, they made it sound like they would fit it in. Waste of time. The reason for my poor rating though is watching how they handled and treated other customers. One employee that seemed to be the one in charge for the day, was slamming things, speaking rudely to customers, complaining and slamming things. We saw one customer leave because they werent being attended at the register. Another customer was upset and wanted a refund and the way he was spoken to was not very professional or friendly. ย ย ย Read moremy coworkers and I were ordering smoothies for delivery because that is what was offered on the website. we did delivery, added what we wanted as a group and it asked to verify address and everything worked, the order went through and we paid on one card. we ordered the drinks and it charged the debit card twice which was over $100. when we called the store they told us that they dont even offer delivery and they dont have our order. we verified their address with them over the phone and it was that store. why advertise delivery if you dont deliver?? upon asking for a manager they told us that their general manager would call us in one day and the manager on duty was not helpful! unacceptable. they didnt even offer to compensate us and didnt feel the need to even ask if we wanted the drinks anymore. this is a terrible store and the girl Morgan is beyond disrespectful. we are calling corporate to fix this. While ordering our things I asked the girl in gray with khaki pants if what I was ordering was the aรงaรญ bowl and she just kept repeating that it had dragon fruit she then proceeded to give attitude and said โwell yeah it isโ with a snarky remark. We then sat down to wait for our order and she started throwing buckets around. They then all began talking amongst themselves and ignored doing our order. They were all just standing around laughing and at the end after 5 min they did our order. I get it if we came in at 8:20 but we came in at a good time. They had everything closed out and ready to leave and it bothered them that we came in with orders because they were talking about taking all the fruit out again and the dragon fruit thawing.
