RH Outlet Schaumburg — Local services in Schaumburg Township

We love RH stuff, but unfortunately have rarely had a positive experience with the employees at the Schaumburg location. Similar situation to another reviewer with an employee telling us to lift our masks, when they were already covering our faces. Another time recently we had our two year old in his stroller, and he started crying. An employee who had "policed" us in the store before came over and asked if we needed help, referring to our son. It was obvious that he wanted us to make our toddler be quiet. Another time, a key for a dresser we bought got lost between the time of purchase and the time of pick up. I called simply asking if they had seen it, and if they could call me if one was found. The employee became defensive and jumped to the conclusion that I was accusing someone of losing it. I had the delivery set up for three furniture pieces. Only one piece of furniture was delivered as they have lost two huge cloud chairs, when i called two days before two double check if all furniture was there since we had set up a pick up. I really cannot comprehend how ignorant you gotta be with what you do, if the movers are showing you the receipts for furniture pieces to be picked up, but you let the movers deliver only one piece, because you cannot “find “ the rest. Didnt even bother to call before the delivery. Called two times to the store, they have no clue what is going on. I get the answer they cannot find them. I recently visited the RH Outlet in Schaumburg and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the employees, specifically the woman I was working with, Miranda. Miranda went above and beyond to help me find the perfect decor for my living room and a couch that not only fit our needs but fit our style as well. I get nervous going into stores like this as many people try to push an agenda and sell the most expensive items, so I was so relieved when Miranda took the time to listen to me and get a better sense for my style, then gave her recommendations, and worked WITH me through the process.
