Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

I can't speak about the food because I've never been here but yesterday night while I was leaving my apartment complex i did see a dominos delivery driver by the outside front door. He had darker skin and curly hair (maybe it was long curly hair i don't remember) and asked if his car was in they way of my car and don't get me wrong he was super nice but please tell your delivery drivers to not leave their trash on other people's home. This time it's just a receipt but next time they could leave other trash laying on other peoples homes or outside our apartment building and i don't like that. this isn't even my receipt… it's my neighbors (it has her full name, phone number, address, order number, last four numbers of her credit card info and name of the card she used, approval code… etc which is obviously not in the photo) but found it sitting on top of our unit number this morning. I don't know if it's just me but i don't want that just sitting near a random strangers house… I'd rather those extra receipts handed over to me or ripped up in the trash. If there was no trash can near them then they can give it to the customer and they can throw it away for them in their trash. It seems like this is a reoccuring thing seeing that it's crumbled up and tossed up there and not in the trash…just wanted to let the worker, manager or whoever sees...

Called the Store for delivery, all I got was attitude and every sentence was “is that it?” Didn’t do his job properly I’m not even sure he took my order correctly with all the attitude in the man’s voice. And they are suppose to repeat the order so WERE SURE order is accurate: It’s 10:20pm and I asked a very simple question “what kind of drinks do you have?” all he kept repeating was “2 liter or 20 ounce” I kindy said ”not the size boss the kind of drinks.. the kind of options” Because that wasn’t my question. I’m aware of the size but I don’t know WHAT OPTIONS to drink. And he kept repeating himself with attitude. I don’t tip when I feel the jobs not being taken seriously. But it’s dominoes lol it’s the red roof of pizza in Hoffman. Staff is a joke. To TOP IT OFF the cinatwists barely has cinnamon...

Dominos marketing says you get a free “emergency pizza” for any order over 7.99. I never got the email to redeem that free pizza and it wasn’t showing up online. I called, went through a call center to get to the store, before waiting on hold for five minutes to be told if it didn’t automatically show up in the cart to call back. The free pizza (surprise!) didn’t show up in the cart. I didn’t want to go through the rigmarole to call back, so I placed the order to pay at the store. When I arrive the dude in the store tells me all sort of B.S. “The free pizza is random, not on every order.” “It’s online only.” (I ordered online.) Told the bro multiple times a guy at his store told me he would take care of it. But this guy says, “No.”...
