This was my first only experience with this establishment. I went thru their drive thru, the person taking my order was somewhat pushy, kind of rushing me. I ordered Oatmeal with the fruit on the side Small fry and a chocolate milk for my 4 yr old.
When I got to the first window Maria a woman in a black management team shirt was repeating my order back to me said "You ordered the oatmeal with no fruit?" I said: no I ordered it with the fruit on the side, I said this bc my son won't eat the fruit in the oatmeal, but he will eat it separate.
Maria to me: I said that, I said no you said no fruit, I began to explain why she puts up her hand closes the window takes another order then leaves completely.
4 min later a young man comes to the window and says: what did u order? I said: I already paid for it and showed him the receipt. He says: ok can you pull forward I asked him: where did Maria go, his response "she went to do manager stuff". I said:well I was talking to her is she coming back His response: I dont know Then, a support manager named Rosa came to the window attempting to get my attention as I was calling corporate. Rosa was flailing making wild gestures so I would move forward I told her what happened, she proceeded to tell me what I was doing wrong, I told her their staff was rude, she was concerned about the customers behind me who were getting upset. After moving up and being blown off. They hand me only part of my ordered food and I left only to find I was missing food. That was it for...
Read moreLet me begin by saying that I’ve been to this location many times in the past, usually going about once every week or so for breakfast if I arrive early for work. This is the first one that I will NOT be returning to ever again. I’ve ordered a steak and egg biscuit with no cheese in the past and have occasionally received either one with cheese or a bagel. I’ve made it a point to clarify at the drive in speaker, the register, and the pickup window, have usual issues, but I got fed up after a string of issues over weeks.
2 weeks ago I drove back during lunch after receiving one with cheese and was told to mention the manager’s name the next day. I did so and was comped, but upon receiving the order I checked and it had cheese in it. I handed it back before leaving and 2 minutes later a person handed me THE EXACT SAME ORDER. I sent this back and got a third order, this one correct.
I didn’t go for 2 weeks out of frustration but went back today. I specified no cheese and a large orange juice at both the speaker and the pickup/cashier window (first cashier window was closed). I pulled up and got my order with a coke, the first warning sign. The second is that when I got the replacement OJ they didn’t hand me a receipt. I’ll let the picture speak for itself.
Needless to say I will never return to this...
Read moreFirst, if you have the order kiosks set to "to go only" then make sure they are able to print receipts. When you have your whole business model based around calling out order numbers customers have to know their numbers. Today I did not receive a receipt. I went to the counter to let them know and they responded that they knew the kiosk wasn't working. Then a cycle of absolute nonsense unfolded. I waited patiently, they asked me why I was waiting I told them again that the kiosk wasn't printing receipts and they printed it out for me and then said the meal had already been handed out. I had been standing there the whole time. Someone came in having been handed the wrong meal at the curbside pickup. This did not trigger any realization that it was my meal they handed to the wrong person. It took another 10 minutes for them to get it fixed. The language throughout sounded like they didn't believe me in spite of the fact that I was standing at the counter the entire time. Finally, please train your staff to better handle the random nonsense that shows up at their counter daily, problem solving and issue resolution were absent...
