This was absolutely an awful experience! I was hosting a women's retreat at the Hampton Inn that's located across the street from the restaurant. I'd placed a lunch order for delivery the night before that was successfully confirmed using my credit card.
The afternoon of the Retreat, I got a call from the restaurant in the middle of the speaker presentation where I was to follow shortly stating that Doordash had cancelled my order and if I wanted the order I had to come and pick it up. I was livid! Well, I did not place my order via Doordash; I placed it directly with the store. When I corrected the employee, she then came clean and stated that they did not have a driver so they transferred my order to Doordash, who subsequently cancelled the order.
Needless to say, I had no choice, I had to leave the meeting to pick up the order. When I got in my car, the manager called to reiterate that my order had been cancelled, but now it was because my card had been declined. At that very moment, I received a cancel notice from the store stating that fact. I knew it was a lie! The order went through fine the night before. Likely, he didn't know that the employee had told me what the deal was. When I get there, he shows me the Doordash cancellation. I reiterate that I did not place my order with Doordash. He then confesses to transferring the order. It's now a farce! I paid for the order with the same card I'd used online...go figure!
On top of all of this, a sandwich was missing from the order. I will NEVER use this location for any future events and wouldn't recommend...
   Read moreI used to like this location, but our order has been incorrect several times going through the drive-thru. We had a girl leave our sandwiches on the counter and disappear while at the drive-thru and waited a full 5 minutes for another person to get on the register and give us our drive-thru order. The bag was literally just sitting on the counter for the entire duration we sat there and the first girl left the window AFTER the order was already complete. Why she couldnt hand us the bag, I have no clue. And today there was a dead fly in my boyfriend's salad. He had already been eating it when he discovered the corpse beneath a lettuce leaf. Earlier this week a girl working the drive thru window had a very large and visible open wound on her arm that was not bandaged. I really hope she was not handling food. This location clearly doesn't care about cleanliness and food safety or even customer service. I previously complained to corporate and was told they would send me free sandwich vouchers and never received them... So, as much as I enjoy the skinny mushroom melt, I might just have to go to a different sandwich chain from now on. Super disappointing from a...

Ordered on the app at 9:50 am for noon delivery. By 12:30pm I started calling to see where my food was. At 1:15 pm someone picks up. I ask if they got my order because the app still says âreceivedâ. Not âin progressâ. The person who answered didnât identify himself but tells me me that my order had been ready since noon. I said it was for delivery. He said that they donât deliver under $150. And he then tells me I need to contact DoorDash as this is their problem. The app doesnât say anything about DoorDash. And why wasnât I called when my sandwich had been sitting there for OVER AN HOUR!!!!??????? Itâs now past 8:30 pm and my order is in âreceivedâ status. I was told I would get a refund, but Iâm highly doubtful. I would give this location a zero star...
