I had altang (spicy fish roe soup) at your restaurant yesterday, located in Jungbu Market. While eating, I noticed the roe was unusually thick and had an odd texture. At first, I didn’t realize anything was wrong, but later realized it hadn’t been fully cooked. One of my dining companions eventually told me that the roe was undercooked—but by then, I had already eaten most of it.

About 2–3 hours after the meal, I started having severe diarrhea, which lasted throughout the night. I couldn’t sleep and kept running to the bathroom. Even now, I’m still suffering and don’t know how long this will last.

I often enjoy hot soups when visiting Jungbu Market, but this experience has made me very cautious—especially with dishes like altang, where the roe must be thoroughly cooked. Please ensure the food is fully cooked before serving it to customers. It’s frustrating to be this sick and not have had a chance to speak up...
