Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Schererville

I am writing to let you know that i was descriminated against in your Schererville, IN store tonight. It was a busy night and there was a basketball game on. I chose to wait 40 minutes because I enjoy the food here. We waited, 12 minutes for a server to breeze by and tell us he would be right back. He then went to a table of african American women that had already been served and got a drink refill order and brought them drinks. He then went to another table with an African american family at it and got a refill order and brought it to them. At that point it had been 16 minutes since we were seated. The server then breezed by our table, dropped off napkins, didnt say anything and proceeded to talk to the table next to us. I was still patiently waiting for my drink order to be taken when he went back to the first table of African American women and talked to them for a few minutes. At that point, I was frustrated, hungry and sick of being ignored. After about 21 minutes of sitting at the table, I flagged down a hostess and asked to speak to a manager. She asked why and I explained the situation to her. The hostess went to get the manager and returned to get a drink order from us. After a few minutes, the manager came to the table, I explained the situation to him and asked for another server. The manager informed me he would take care of that for us. The manager went back to the kitchen and spoke with someone. Approximately 4 minutes later, our original server came back to the table, even though I requested a different server, apologized for taking so long and finally took our order 35 minutes after being seated. we ordered appetizers, 20 boneless wings, a kids meal, and tator tots for our table of 2 adults and 4 kids. The appetizers came first, which was expected, and were delicious. When rest of the food came, the tator tots were delicious and hot but the boneless wings were luke warm. As a white woman, I have been discriminated against before, but never in a restaurant. I've been visiting this buffalo wild wings for a few yeas, I will share my experiences below.

Many of the employees that take care of the take out orders are short, rude, and impatient.

Always something wrong with my order (cold, barely any sauce on the wings, wrong sauce used on the wings.)

The people up front are literally so clueless and not helpful at ALL. I had to do someone's job for them and check every single thing in my takeout order when they brought me the wrong order 3 times!

-First order that came out was bone in. I asked for boneless -second order that came out was boneless but wrong sauce. -Third order was boneless, but get this one NO SAUCE AT ALL ON THEM!!

After 3 attempts and me waiting for nearly an hour having to CONSTANTLY ask what's up with my order they finally got me my correct order.

Their excuse was its "busy" but that's not my problem. I placed an order and it should ready at the scheduled time, not an hour after, and bringing out the wrong order 3 times is unacceptable.

Next is Uber eats,

I would recommend avoiding this location for uber eats. Literally NEVER fails to mess something up. Something as simple as asking for an extra side of southwest sauce is never fulfilled. Very frustrating getting a family curd for $12 and getting a small cup of sw sauce only good for half of the basket. The SAME size cup is used for a regular basket!! That's fine but simply just give me my extra side if I ask for it! I could understand if it's here and there but it's every single time. Crown Point buffalo wild wings is the way to go for uber eats orders.

8/1/2020 UPDATE: we came back....After a long Saturday of running around I didn't feeling like cooking and since it was so good the last time, I thought to myself let me treat my family out to a nice dinner....i'm sad we did. Table service was horrible!! We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Received our appetizer for a party of 5, NO PLATES. We had to keep reminding our server about our drinks. Told her I didn't get my margarita and she looked at the table like I was lying and said "you didn't?" ummm...don't you think it would be on the table if I did? Along with the water and the mountain dew that you still haven't brought either. Finally food comes. My mother's burger was cold, along with the fact that it was a dbl burger, when she asked for a single. I asked her to take it back because of the temp and error and also informed her that we were still missing my son's 10pc boneless. She looked at me like "you ordered a 10pc boneless for him"? At this point I'm wondering if when I ordered, if I was talking in a different language or something that she didn't understand smh. She comes back with my son's 10pc immediately and THE SAME DBL BURGER she had just taken back to have "remade". THE EXACT SAME BURGER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SINGLE PATTY and says "oh they said they gave me the wrong order". ITS STILL THE WRONG ORDER AND IT'S STILL COLD. At this point, the rest of my party starts to eat our food, EVERYTHING IS LUKE WARM!! This was by far THE WORST experience I have ever had here. THEY WERE NOT BUSY!
