Twisted Sugar — Local services in Schererville

The decor was really nice walking in. I made a tik tok review so I decided I would leave a google review as well. Walking in my first impression of the workers was that they did not want to be there. They were not very friendly at all. Letting them know it was our first time trying twisted sugar I was expecting a little more information on the cookies and the place itself. They did not even suggest any cookies or drinks. Not sure if it was because we are black but that is how it felt. We ended up getting the 6 big cookies. We got fruit pizza (cookie of the week), peanut butter, cinnamon crunch, Oreo delight, banana cream, and oatmeal chocolate chip. The oatmeal chocolate hop cookie was so hard it was crumbling in pieces. When I told the young lady behind the counter she looked at me as if I was making this up. She even said we change them everyday. She never apologized she just asked me what cookie did I want. I ended up getting the peanut butter cup cookie. The fruit pizza cookie was okay. 5/10 The peanut butter cookie was the worse peanut butter cookie I ever had in life. It was very mushy too. 0/10 Cinnamon crunch was probably the best one we got! It wasn’t too sweet and had a nice amount of cinnamon flavor. 8/10 Oreo delight was okay very sweet. 5/10 Banana cream was not what I was expecting at all. It tasted very artificially flavored. 1/10 Peanut butter cup was wayyyy too sweet! 4/10 The presentation of the cookies were very appealing but the taste did not match. Very sweet but no real flavors in the cookies. They all taste like sugar. I will say crumbl cookie is taking the win. Also the employers need more training on good customer service. I hate I spent money at this business but I will not be...

I had such a great experience with Twisted Sugar in Schererville that I had to leave a review. I was trying to place a last-minute Father’s Day delivery through Uber Eats for my stepdad, and I called the shop to ask if they offered any cards or gift options. The sweetest young lady answered the phone, and when I asked, she offered to handwrite a message inside the cookie box for me.

I added the note to the Uber Eats instructions, and she followed through beautifully. My stepdad was completely surprised — it was such a thoughtful touch that made the moment feel extra special. As a small business owner myself, I know how important customer service is, and this was just one of those moments that really stood out.

I will forever be grateful to the young lady who helped me — it may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant so much. And on top of that, my stepdad said the cookies were some of the best he’s ever had! I’ll definitely be supporting this shop again. Thank you for going above...

Twisted Sugar is the BOMB.

My friend and I were served by two incredibly kind servers, Hailey and Izzy, who made our first visit in seamlessly easy. We were overwhelmed with the impossible selection of drinks and cookies, and the two took our preferences, and tailored a perfect selection to our liking all over a good laugh.

Beyond that, It’s truly an unbeatable environment!! You can hash out a nasty game of Uno or color with your friends all over a hearty pack of cookies and a drink. You don’t see this kind of welcoming environment with chains like Crumbl, and it made our trip ultimately worthwhile.

I’ve never been one to write reviews, but between the arsenal of drink/cookie selections to the welcoming smiles of the employees, I’m glad for this to be my first review!! We look forward to our next visit and I thank the two lovely workers who made it such a memorable first...
