Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Schererville

I’ll try my best to keep it short and to the point. I went in and placed my order. The lady (Kia) behind the counter says here are your pizzas sir and put my pizzas in a bag. I drive 25 minutes home to open up the bag to find out it wasn’t my order. Not only it wasn’t my order but it had a woman’s name on the box. I call up the store and say I received the wrong order. After arguing with the lady (Kia) on the phone on for 10 minutes. I drove 25 minutes back to highland to show the lady (Kia) what I received. When I showed her the order I received she didn’t apologize. She said that I took someone else’s pizza. She (Kia) took no responsibility for her honest mistake. Instead she passed the blame to the customer (me). But wait. It gets better! I asked her (Kia) if I could speak to her manager. She responded saying I am the manager. Her name is Kia. I told her I would mention her by name in the review. I hope you see this Kia and understand that you can’t treat customers like this and expect them to stay silent. It was the worst experience and I will never go there again. If you encounter Kia be sure to check your order before you walk out the door. If not she will take zero accountability for it and shame on you for not catching...

Here it is a year later and now online orders only can't order in store. Not enough workers. Hmmm how about hire more and pay them more than minimum wage and they might stay. Last time I'm coming here it's NOT that great. Don't like to order online and use my debit card either.

Food is ok as far as that goes. However, do not go on a Saturday nite from 5 to 9 because you will get told 2 hr wait. I don't know how they do it online if they kick you off the site or what. I prefer to order in store I live less than 5 minutes and need to pick up anyways so why not order and get it fresh? Went in at 545 told me hour and a half wait so I left. Went back at 8 was told 2 hour wait. So you mean to tell me it took 3 and a half hours for people to get food? I left again its so not worth it. Went to another pizza place near by paid more but it was outstanding. Ridiculous to tell people 3 and half hour wait. Maybe they should close store down if they cant handle the people ordering. If they are short handed hire folks to work weekends which is the highest peak with any restaurant. Oh and pay them more than minimum wage. One more thing don't ever try to call they never...

I had ordered online yesterday. Due to the extremely short staff there were a couple mistakes with the pizza portal and my order nothing that I would complain about and everything was fixed immediately. Quality and consistency was the same as any other location. The 5 stars I’m giving is really for the employees. They had a room full of customers starting at them impatiently. They were working as fast as they could the whole time and I really appreciated them staying there and completing our orders. I had seen hiring signs around the waiting room saying that the pay starts at $10/hr. I really hope for all the hard work they are doing and commitment they are showing to your store that they are or will get a lot more than $10/hr. If I was working there I would of walked out especially when basically everyone in the area are offering higher starting pay. Even McDonald’s is hiring for $14 and offering tuition assistance across the street and not as understaffed.
