Arby's — Restaurant in Scio Township

I went there this morning. No other customers were in there and I didn't see any cars in drive thru. I could clearly see 2 employees doing other things. When I first entered I went to the washroom to wash my hands, it appeared clean other then the one of the glad pop up air fresheners in the toliet. I then went and stood at the register for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from either employees that I could see, I made some noise; cleared my throat, jingle my keys. Still nothing. Then I said, excuse me is there anyone else working that could help me. Nothing. I guess they don't want any business so my money and I went elsewhere. Won't be going back...

My party of five visited the store today June 16th 2025 at around 1:00 in the afternoon. The lady at the counter was very nice and very accommodating but the guy in the back making the food I didn't get his name but he has tattoos down his arms was extremely rude when we asked for our food to be made a certain way he was slamming stuff around like we were putting him out by asking him to serve us. His manager needs to have a discussion with him and let him know that if he can't be nice to people especially customers he does not need to be working in a customer service role. I've never commented on a fast food joint because, well, it's fast food- I expect it to be kinda meh. This Arby's has consistently given me incorrect orders over the last few months however. Twice it was a regular roast beef instead of a beef and cheddar. Today, the order was 1 beef and cheddar meal with curly fries and a chicken/bacon/Swiss (no tomato) with curly fries. What we got? Regular roast beef with crinkle fries, regular chicken with tomato and crinkle fries. The only thing correct was the drink!
