This place is very unpredictable with what kind of food they’ll have an hour before closing. I’ve had sub par services every time. I came in one night and their choices were slim pickings. I just had dinner here with my boyfriend and we over heard a gentleman complain about how the place has nothing left when it’s half an hour before closing. I’ve work at restaurants and we usually keep making food until we close. There were about six other people who came in half an hour before they close and were very disappointed because there weren’t any food left. Let’s say those six spent $15 each. That’s almost $100 they could’ve made in half an hour if they had more food. The employees excuses were, “We are closing soon, so we are not making any more food.” “We don’t wanna stay here for two hours after closing.” I would say that these are very unprofessional excuses. My boyfriend and I were still dining 15 minutes before they close and 2 other people came in, but one of the employees were already mopping the floors. I know for a fact that’s a safety hazard. Portion size is definitely lacking when compared to other locations. Have tried the low mein a few times, which is normally my favorite side, but when getting from this location it has been off in taste every time I order. Recently ordered it while at a different location and it tasted way better. I’m not sure what they are doing differently, but it is not for the better. I selected the only few good looking entrees and agreed to wait 5 minutes for the side. When I went to pay, the cashier noticed my container was empty, but ensured me that I would get the entrees I selected. 5 people and multiple online orders later, one of my entrees was gone. I asked for a refund & the manager said I could wait longer for my entree to be made or credit me — she did not apologize once or offer a refund for 2 employee mistakes.
