I visited Restaurant Number: 03923 on Friday, November 26 and had the most horrific experience I have ever encountered at a Chick Fil A Restaurant. On my lunch break from work, I went through the drive-thru and placed my order redeeming rewards that I had (I'm a frequent CFA customer so I have lots of rewards). After I received my food I left the drive-thru to sit in the parking lot and eat my food. I immediately noticed that my CFA sandwich was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwich. So I went in the restaurant and asked for a remake of the sandwich. One of the staff members stated that it would take about 5 mins or so since they were going to make it fresh. Well after waiting for quite a while, I asked could I get a replacement of my fries since they were cold at this point due to waiting. One of the team members went to the manager requesting a replacement of my fries and she stated no. She stated that she wasn't replacing my fries. I became frustrated because this was no fault of mine. I went to my car, grabbed the drink and the rest of my order, and requested a refund. The manager Nas never came to speak with me about my complaint, even after asking for her. She decided to send a team member Hafsah with her swipe card to complete the refund for her. This is poor customer service. Hafsah never apologized for this mistake, just refunded my order and walked away. I have never been treated like this from a CFA location. I regularly do catering orders due to the nature of my job, specifically at this location, and have spent a lot of money at CFA. I think its time to reconsider. Someone needs to...
Read moreI couldn't be more disappointed with the way this staff dealt with my mobile order. I arrived in the parking lot at 6:01pm on the 11/25. I stepped out of my car and tapped 'prepare my order' on my cell, as I had already entered my menu selections, payment method etc. After tapping 'Pepere my order', it said 'come to the pick up area and someone will call your name shortly'. Now it's 6:02pm and I'm standing directly under the mobile pick up sign. I continued to stand there until 6:22. After seeing six other pick up customers come stand next to me, have their names called and leave, and no fewer than a dozen walk in customers order, get their food and leave, and since I had not been greeted or addressed my any member of the staff, I decided to walk to the counter and ask about my order. I was told after much confusion and conversation by the staff that my entire order, beverages and all were sitting on a shelf next to the trash receptacle and the condiment station. Some staff member set it there and my name was not called the entire time I stood there. I was offered that order which had been sitting there since before I arrived with what would have be cold fries, sandwiches and nuggets. I declined and asked for a refund. I drove 20 minutes away to another location(memorial drive). I placed m order the exact same way: tapped 'prepare my order in the parking lot'. I stood less than 5 minutes and my name was called and I received a piping hot order. This Memorial Drive location showed courtesy and respect throughout my short visit. First time at this location. Brand new in Decatur Georgia across from Walmart and down the street from Emory DeKalb hospital off of North Decatur road and Lawrenceville highway. In this area there are several different businesses that have food. I noticed there was a barbecue place a Dunkin' donuts a MOD Pizza there's a Moe's across the street bad daddy burger and several others. This Chick-fil-A is located under the Dunkin' donuts. Once you turn into the parking lot and you have to follow it down past Dunkin' donuts and around a curve and that will take you into the Chick-fil-A parking lot and basically into one of two lanes of their drive-thru. I had such a good experience with this location. The young man that took my order was so nice and friendly I just hope that he had some water because it was hot today. The two lanes filter into one lane where of course you end up picking up your food driving through the parking lot and going either left or right. I said this in my video because I don't understand why they build a drive-thru with signage if they're going to have people standing outside taking orders. Another perk of this new location is that they have a play area inside which is very rare these days. It was a good experience the food was good and I will be back to this location.
