Sky Lounge Cafe — Restaurant in Scottdale

I don’t enjoy the service. I’ve been coming to Skylounge cafe for some time and it’s been generally a good experience.

Generally welcoming than it later became quite the opposite.

I come here a lot, I’ve not had a problem with certain bartenders or hookah masters.

I was just visited the lounge earlier today and the hookah was perfect. I had no issues. I had to leave but I came back.

Once I came back I didn’t smoke the hookah for a whole 3 mins and was expected to pay. Due to him having to switch heads bc the first hookah was not spice chai vanilla! It tasted terrible.

The drink was their special and it was too sweet, ( way too much margarita mix) & expressed to him it’s too much sugar just to describe how sweet it was. I just wanted the drink corrected.

It’s above him to hear my complaints because no one else complains, I always complain and they were mentioned in magazines.. congratulations… but you fell off.

Yes I do complain, I enjoy coming here and you all had a standard so I hadn’t had a problem until recently. You have hired people who may not be so good at bartending or hookah and it’s okay! Train them better.

I was literally just there an hour before and had no complaints. A different person made the hookah when I came later a whole hour later and it tasted terrible, honestly.

I asked him to smoke it, so he can taste what I taste, so he doesn’t think I’m trying complain just to complain, he refused. it was not corrected. He’s arguing me to pay and was upset because he took off the margarita. I didn’t tell him too, I wanted a remake. He’s acting like he’s doing me a favor. Trash service,...

I recently visited Sky lounge and was blown away by the fantastic experience I had there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The hookah selection was fantastic, with a wide range of flavors to choose from. I tried a few and was impressed by the quality of the smoke and the rich flavor. The hookah itself was expertly prepared, with a smooth and consistent draw that made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Also the they was unexpectedly great because usually hookah places cut corners when it comes to food but not this place.

But the real highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, always making sure I was having a great time. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect, and I felt truly cared for during my visit.
