Arby's — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

We went through drive thru and ordered 1/2 pound meal with 2 cups of cheddar sauce and a brisket sandwich meal with 2 cups cheddar sauce. Pulled up to the window to hearing the manager on duty screaming at the employees about clearing the drive thru screen before people had their food.

We got our food, pulled up a ways and stopped to check to make sure everything was there due to past bad experiences here. There were only 2 cheddar cups in the bag. My husband walked in to get the other two. They said they were sitting there just didn't get in the bag. No apologies were given, but the manager was reaming them for not being in the bag. We weren't given a receipt either time.

We got home and picked up the bag to have our food fall out in the parking lot because one sandwich was put in a bag that was open at BOTH ENDS and leaked juice out in the bag. The curly fries were soft, mushy and cold. I estimate they had been cooked at least 30 minutes. You couldn't dip them in the cheese sauce because they were so soft you couldn't push it down through the cheese. The fried onion ring on my husband's sandwich was totally flat and the sandwich was smashed. You couldn't tell the ring was above the bun.

We keep giving this restaurant chances and more chances and I'm about done. I don't know what to do to get a complete hot...

Ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich, one of the three most advertised items on their menu, only to get a cold sandwich that I returned immediately in the drive thru window. I pulled into a sparking spot while they were supposed to make another one. I waited 10 minutes and went inside to get my money back, and the manager, Tara, said she asked 'her' to make it and that they are cooked to order. I asked for an explanation of serving me a cold sandwich and she said it wasn't cold. I got my money back and to my knowledge, no one made a replacement sandwich. Cold sandwich, then no sandwich...are they really cooked to order?

Arby's owner replies with a message wanting me to expend more effort on on their corporate site to leave more details, yet they didn't even include a link to the site...they want me to copy and paste. Hopefully things change soon, because this is just a...

If I could leave less than one star I would. The service was terrible. They don’t know the difference between pump cheddar cheese and sliced cheddar cheese. They said that the tea was fresh and it was not. It tasted old and rotten. They charged us $4 for extra cheese on 7 sandwiches when we didn’t get extra cheese. They messed up two of our sandwiches and shorted us one. This has been on multiple occasions and nothing is ever done. They keep giving us coupons for a free meal but the hell is the point of a free meal if they can’t even make it correctly. We called the service number and they sent in a report and offered to send us more free meal coupons. We don’t want your coupons if you can’t make the food right. They need a new manager or something because this...
