Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

I normally hate writing reviews especially bad ones since mistakes do happen when it comes to orders and such, but the overall experience dealing with this dominoes has probably been the worst one in my career.

Played a game in Scottsbluff on Thursday evening. Ordered everything off the Mix and Match 5.99 menu. Except they didn't bother doing the 5.99, everything got charged at full menu price. According to them it was never asked for which if that is the case still doesn't mean you rip off customers. So an order that should have cost 113.81 + delivery fee instead was $134.00. Ask what happened and basically just told via delivery driver that you didn't ask for the 5.99 deal so you are charged full price that is store policy. If we didn't so be it but this would be the first time in 15 years that a pizza place didn't even try to make it right, lazy managements response is oh well they are SOL. So strike 1 and 2, as I don't have much respect for management with that attitude and level of customer service.

Strike 3 was the food itself, some of the kids ordered wings, which while I am not expecting an outright drenching of the wings in the sauce I expect more than what looks like a drizzle of sauce that they got. Even my sandwich was either done wrong or just isn't what I thought it was. Chicken Habanero should have at least a bit of kick to it, mine had little to none. From ordering to the other issues was just a complete wreck.

If you are a team that goes to Scottsbluff and you just have to use Dominoes better make sure you repeat to their person on the phone 2-3 times I want the 2 for 5.99 order, and if something is wrong and it is evening don't expect much from the manager. There are other places in town that deliver and can give similar pricing.

The one bright spot and he deserves 5 stars was the delivery driver, he was great and tried to help...

I order from here quite regularly. Not typically a sit down place though there are some newly installed tables you could eat at inside the restaurant. Delivery time is always prompt and drivers are very pleasant. Pizza here is pretty good. Usually get light sauce though. I recommend trying Parmesan bites for bread lovers. Also there is a drive-thru you can use to pick up carry-out orders.

UPDATE: Had an order that was wrong and got a medium instead of the Large plus had some very over sauced wings. Left comment online about the issue with the previous order. Manager reached out and took care of issue with a comparable order on the house. Very satisfied with the...

I ordered the chicken alfredo today and two Caesar chicken salads when the person who delivered it to me brought it I asked for extra dressing for the salads he forgot them and he said I'm so sorry I'll be right back I said no it's okay he left and a few minutes later he was back with two little packets of Caesar dressing what a guy who does that anymore I greatly appreciate this person whoever it was it was so kind you don't see that hardly anymore I was fine with not having the extra packets but for him to come back with two little packets of Caesar salad dressing was amazing to me I think he deserves kudos and a bonus thank you very much...
